I recently upgraded to the Premium T700 Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle, and it's been a fantastic addition to my gear. From the moment I unpacked it, the upgrade for me was evident. The carbon fiber feels incredibly. The fact that it meets USAPA standards is a nice reassurance, but honestly, that wasn't a huge selling point for me as a casual player. What really stood out was the lightweight feel at just 7.8 ounces, striking a perfect balance between being easy to handle and sturdy enough for intence games. Switching from my previous 14mm paddle to this 16mm version has been a noticeable upgrade in terms of control and feel. The thicker core provides an exceptional level of stability, allowing me to handle powerful shots with ease. This has significantly improved my shot accuracy, especially during fast-paced rallies. The textured surface of the paddle is another highlight (which my old racket didn't have). The advanced sanding treatment grips the ball well (see pict), making spin shots much easier to execute. Whether my play style is aggressive or more strategic, this paddle offers a great mix of power and control. In terms of power, this paddle excels. Its balanced weight and larger sweet spot allow for precise, speedy shots, especially during overhead smashes. The thicker core also contributes to a solid, satisfying sound upon ball contact that isn’t too loud but provides excellent feedback. One area where I found room for improvement is the handle grip. It wasn’t as sticky as I would have liked, but this is an easy fix with my own tape. Once I made that adjustment, the paddle felt perfect in my hand, providing excellent control even during long matches. The grip still effectively absorbs vibrations, reducing hand fatigue. The included neoprene cover is a well-made and an appreciated extra. It provides solid protection for the paddle, ensuring that it stays in great condition between matches. Plus, the included racket cleaner is a thoughtful touch, keeping the paddle’s surface in top condition for optimal performance. For me this Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle has truly elevated my game. Its high-quality materials, smart design, and performance-enhancing features make it a top choice for both serious and casual players. If you’re in the market for a paddle that offers superior control, power, and comfort, I can’t recommend this one enough. I really like this paddle. While it's on the somewhat lighter side, the surface has a nice grippy texture allowing you to put more spin on the ball. For this reason it may not be suitable for those just starting to play Pickleball as they may want a more direct serve or return on the ball without a spin. For intermediate or advanced players the spin becomes part of your play. The grip has just enough padding to it and doesn't lose grip with a sweaty hand. This paddle is on the thicker side which helps give it some strong rebound. As a set it comes with a nice cover and eraser to clean your paddle. The eraser is essential when you start losing the ability to spin the ball as it will help clean up the surface. At 16" it just fits the length of a traditional paddle. This paddle comes with a nice neoprene cover and a typical paddle eraser. It does actually have a raw carbon fiber face, and the minimalist graphics don't seem to interfere too much with ball spin like many others I have tested. This paddle weighs 7.71 oz. and has a 16.1 mm thick face. It measures 16" by 7 7/8" with a 4 1/2" long handle. The soft ridged grip measures 4 1/2" around and has a very uncommon smoothly curved oval grip. You can see in my photos the rounded handle foam as opposed to the more common faceted foam from another paddle. I really prefer this rounded handle style. I also prefer the non-ridged grip, so I did replace the stock grip tape with a smooth, tacky grip tape, which reduced the circumference a bit more. The paddle produces soft ball noise and has a large, forgiving sweet spot. During play this paddle has ok power, great control, and great spin. If I could change anything, I'd add just a bit more power for serves and stretch this to an elongated shape for a little extra reach. If you're used to a standard size paddle, this shape will feel familiar, and it's very light for a 16 mm core paddle. You might be able to add a little stability using some weighted tape - youtube has lots of videos about this. This is certainly the best USAPA approved paddle I have tested in this price range. You should always check the approved paddles list on the USAPA website (which is very easy) because a lot of paddles claim approval but don't appear on the list. ... show more

This is a very nice beginner to intermediate paddle. It is light weight and has a nice grip. The face of the paddle is finely rough surface so it is great for spin. For a T700 carbon fiber paddle at this price is a great value! I would recommend.

Overall, I'm enjoying this paddle. As a former HS tennis player, I love the surface and how much spin I can put on the ball. The grip size was too big for me so I took it apart, shaved it down and reassembled. This is my first time doing this to any paddle so I didn't quite know what to expect. Googling around, it seems other paddle handles look the same too. After I shaved it down, replaced the foam, I put on a replacement grip and an overgrip for an overall size of 4-1/4". Much better. I should've replaced the butt cap but I didn't... so it's a little funky at the end of the handle. I'll probably do that soon. The paddle is indeed very light, and I think too light as I've had a few missed volleys that end up being accidental drops/dinks. That works fine! I'll plan to add some weighted tape to stabilize it. Overall, I couldn't ask for more for my first paddle ever. Really enjoying it. ... show more
