The first order was missing both pillowcases. Was not boxed, just came in the zippered plastic package. The second order had all of the pieces, but one of the pillowcases had grease smudges on it that did not come out after washing. Close, but not quite 100%. The sheets are very soft.

There’s no print on the backside of the sheets so you cannot see the pattern if you fold over your comforter. You can always reverse it though.
