This is a good option for a Fall work dress, though you'll want to be mindful of sizing and compare your measurements to the sizing chart they provide. Like another user, I'm between sizes and the larger size fits but can look a little loose on my body in some areas. The arms are a little long for me so they require some adjustment, but otherwise it looks very nice. Likes: - The fabric is thicker/heavier than I was expecting and it's not see through - It covers the chest area well and is long enough that it's appropriate for work Dislikes - Slippery fabric that can wrinkle easily; You'll need to steam some wrinkles out or be very careful ironing on a low setting - The shoulders seem have a raised pouf to them that I don't think was sewn particularly well. It's a little too exaggerated for my liking, but not sure it's very noticeable for others

This is a nice dress, perfectly suited for casual occasions. The color is lovely and the material and workmanship are decent. There is no stretch to the material, so please consult the size chart carefully before you purchase. Especially considering that the material is just thin polyester, I feel that $41 for this dress is too much to pay, especially for a casual design like this.
