So soft, more than some of the Amazon special sweaters. Arm length is long enough for me and the length fits perfect for high waist jeans. Neckline is big but not too big that you see straps. Thick and comfy without being itchy. And the color perfectly matched the photo.

Sorry I will be returning. The sweater , even though it is size small is too over powering for my 5’1 body. The neckline sits out on each side which is unattractive. The knit is open and I am afraid cold air will pass through . It is too long on my body. On the positive the pink is gorgeous. The knit pattern on the sleeves is beautiful. The sweater would be fine for a taller person.

This is really a beautiful sweater. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, it does run a bit big. I chose to keep it anyway even though it looks a bit sloppy on me. It is just so comfy! If you are looking for something that's a good fit, try a size down.
