I sent this to a friend of mine,( who became a nurse later in life, in her 40's), when her sister, also a nurse, died after a long and successful career of helping others. I knew her professionally as well as privately, and I admired her and loved her. She was active in professional circles, always a patient activate- always humble. I sent it to honor her- there would be a nurse honor guard at the ceremony, though the lamp would be given to her chldren. (There are a few honor guards, here and there, they always need volunteers, plus funeral directors don't always remember to ask famililes if the decedent was a nurse and desire the honor guard.) this product is do not work it supposed to slid down to put the battery inside it will not open because the seams on the side are perforated
