I purchased this honey for medicinal purposes. It arrived, I stuck a spoon in it, and 1/2 of the honey has totally solidified, and the top is liquid. To obtain the full medicinal use of this very expensive honey, it needs to be able to be sturred. I think they crystalized it in their processing. Wonderful honey. My mother was taking chemo and had bottomed out her immune system. Gave her this honey every day and the next time she had her blood taken they said it looked like she had the levels of a 20 year old! She loved it. Would definitely purchase again.

It is overrated. I regret I bought it. I don’t know what I expected from this honey. I didn’t use it for wounds, I just consumed it.

    • Off the charts in price and too old.
I received the honey in good time. The fragrance is similar to Molasses. Half of the jar had solidified. Of which I did not notice in the beginning. Old I would say. So the price was off the charts too high. If you want this type of honey shop elsewhere.

Extremely strong and flavourful. This honey tastes amazing but those with a palate for supermarket honey will not like this due to its purity and authentic taste. A top product and worth the money.

Well, I assume that the product is what it purports to be, so I give it stars for that. However, it was completely grainy, which for the price, seems unacceptable.
