If you are vision impaired and still have the desire to see these needles are perfect. Larger needles means larger eye hole for threading. Very sharp needles helps with thicker materials, very durable and the length is basically the same but some are longer than average comes with several threading guides

These large eye needles do indeed have larger eyes. Much easier to thread! However, the caveat is that the needles are also thicker. This requires you to make a bigger knot on your thread so that your stiches don't come right through. I would also be hesitant to use these on delicate fabric.

Pros and Cons. Pros: They are nice needles, a good amount and the eye seems to be good enough for many to be able to get the thread through it. Cons: I am a old lady (LOL) soon to be 70 so eyesight is not good. Cancer really messed up my brain. For me, it was hard to see the eye to get the thread through it. Hubby has better eyesight and so he put the thread in for me. But I can't always depend on him, he has a lot to do, so cannot always stop to help me. So, they are good for those who have fairly good eyesight, can use a threader (hope name is right) and should have no problem.
