They are not as easy to thread without a. needle threader. The large eyes work fine with common thread, but the thicker threads that comes in the sewing kits requires a threader assistance. They are stronger than the needle I grew up with and I do like the variety in sizes, but I wish more were larger. They need to take in mind the aging generation who is most likely the ones to be using them. I do like the style of needle threader they include. ... show more
