Product came as advertised. The board inflates and stays inflated. Works VERY Well and has a great carrying strap that clicks into the side rings. There are ONLY 2 side rings to help carry the board. Not 4 rings total on both sides to add a seat. That is needed to clarify. Other than that. It is great. The bag is a decent quality bag that should last a while, depending on care, so I can always use it to hold the board. The pump works well to pump it up. It is a SUP board and takes 10min to pump up correctly. The pump at least allows double pump action and then when it gets harder I can unscrew a cap and single pump action to get the higher needed pressure. The board and paddle work fantastic. I love going out on the water and the enjoyment this product brings. Thank you for the quality. Realize the paddle has clamps that seem too loose to hold the paddle together. You just have to spin the clamping part right a little more to tighten it and then you can use it to clamp down to desired holding strength. Not the nut on the other side. That stays secure so you can spin the clamping part on the other side to tighten. If the board is closer to 13lbs pressure then a little more stable to stand. It is a 31.5 inch board so not as stable as a 36 but stable enough to enjoy strengthening muscles as I stand and paddle. HINT: Micro bend in the knees. I have been having a lot of fun on this board. We are going to buy another board soon.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. Such high quality on everything to do with it. The last few pounds of pumping it up are quite difficult and I am considering getting an electric pump because I’m 62 years old.

Likes: they are as advertised, my sister-in-law said it was more sturdy than her slightly more narrow board, still in good shape after a year of use, I’ve made beautiful memories on mine Meh: center fin fell off (probably didn’t secure it properly) and the replacement was overpriced, design is just okay, paddle is okay quality, need a bigger board for bigger riders Tip: Het an electric pump. When it’s hot and humid, (Florida girl here) it’s kinda miserable hand pumping, especially if you have to do two! (I usually do when we have visitors).

I have used this board 5 times in the week and a half since it arrived and so far I’m happy with my purchase. I am a beginner and I feel this is a great choice for learning to SUP. My friend ordered the same board, just in a different color, and her pump works much faster than mine and her paddle is different. Her paddle is the one pictured in the listing and mine is different, but it works ok. It doesn’t tighten well so even when locked the paddle will slide up and down. The one plus to mine is that it’s completely hollow so it doesn’t hold water. The one pictured in the listing does and it was impossible to get it all out of my friends paddle. Mystery solved as to why her board was wet when she opened her bag. My pump takes much more effort and is slower to inflate, and like others have said the PSI doesn’t register until it’s super full. It would be nice if the carry bag had a separate compartment for the fin and other accessories, mainly so they don’t scrape against the board, but for the price you can’t be too picky. One of my fin protectors arrived broken, but it is still usable. Overall a great board for the price and it has been super fun!

The paddle board has been out three times so far. A thing to keep in mind: it is hard to pump up, but the pump does work. There’s a little plug on the upper part of the pump that needs to be unplugged when you reach about 7psi to make it a little easier. The first time I pumped it up, I did not know what that plug was for, and when I got up to about 13 psi, the hose kept popping off the pump and I thought I had a dud. It takes awhile to pump and it gets harder and harder the closer you get to done, but just keep at it. My friend has the same one and lost the bottom part of her paddle last time we went out. She had taken it apart for some reason, and the paddle (not handle part) slipped and sank pretty quick. The whole paddle will float, but not the two individual parts. I am a beginner, and have only take it out the three times on a lake and I haven’t fallen in yet which is saying something about its stability. It takes a bit to get to know how the board feels on the water, how far it’s going to rock one way or the other. My friend who has the same one, she bought hers last year and used it a lot and the black non-slip part is peeling up some. You can’t tell when it’s blown up because it still lays flat, just when it’s deflated it sticks up some. She hasn’t tried superglue or anything to see if that would fix it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this board and I’d buy it as a gift or just buy another one if mine got ruined.

This is my second time buying this board. Love the first, so I decided to get a second. The automatic spring stopper on the blow up valve is broken, so as soon as you remove the hose the air leaks out. This has happened on 2 other boards I got by other brands, so I’m guessing this is a common problem? The first board I bought from this company 2 years ago has still held up amazing. I will say the pump doesn’t fully fit in the bag sometimes without placing everything perfectly, but I ended up just buying an electric so I leave it out anyway since it takes so long to pump by hand. I guess I would reccomend since 1 was amazing and 1 wasn’t, but the only complaint is the stopper valve since you have to use the board slightly deflated from it.
