Let me start this off being up front. I’m a big girl. We make the world go round, whatever. I was nervous about the maiden voyage on this thing. I was alone. I inflated it by myself (after a HIIT workout, so it was like a bonus workout before the paddle board workout. Ha!) in about 10 minutes. I took breaks- don’t sue me. The pump is awesome. The fin is sturdy and solid feeling. No holes or weak spots that I could tell at all on the board. The paddle is light but durable feeling. On the water: hoooooly moly it handles JUST AS WELL as a good epoxy or hard top board. The back end did not come out of the water one bit and I stood up dead center to test out the load limit. It’s fast and agile. I didn’t waver once and I’m still very novice in the sport. Sun bathing in the cove was easy peasy. It’s sturdy. It deflated quickly and rolls up easily. Everything fit in the bag. Every. Little. Thing. Love the bag too!! Doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all. We’re getting a second one. Probably a third eventually. Whether you’re new or been on SUPs for a while, this is definitely worth the purchase price. Big bottomed girl approved 👌🏽 ... show more

Pumped up easily. I put it at 12 psi as with the heat, inflated things tend to expand. I used it for the first time yesterday for a 6 hour river float and it did awesome. Took a star off for the bad odor when it came out of the box. I still have that smell on the carry bag and accessories and my truck still smells of it 3 days later. Its also pretty light, I had to carry it 1/4 of a mile to get to the river access and it wasn't too heavy to have to do that. Figured out on that short hike there are two d-rings on one side of the board that are for that extra shoulder strap that came in the bag. Too bad I figured it out after and not before haha. I was wondering what that extra strap was for and just stuffed it back in the bag. Yup, it's for those times you have to park far away because you got there too late to get a good parking spot. I guess now it will be seeing how it does in the long term. ... show more

I have only used my new paddle board 1 time so far but I loved it and everything works great. It was very easy to blow up. Your arms do get tired at the end but its a nice work out;) The board is super light when blown up and easy to carry. (I am a 5 foot woman and was able to pick it up and carry it to the water no problem.) When the board is deflated and in the bag with everything it is not too heavy. For me being so short its tricky to get the backpack on my back but once on I had no problem carrying it on my back. My only problem I had was at the end I couldn't get the fin off. I keep trying to slide the little grip off but can't for the life of me. (I'm waiting now for my boyfriend to look at it) ... show more

I bought this early summer to use at the beach... I live in Hawaii and outdoor policy got very strict during the pandemic... if we went to the beach we had to be in the water or leave.. no beach picnics allowed... I don’t like to be in the water too long so I thought I invest in one of this I could relax on while I’m the water.... and get some much needed exercise!! It arrived very quickly and the quality is very nice!!!! It came with everything needed to get us started!! The cost was less than half of what we would pay locally, and it’s our favorite color (Tiffany blue) My husband and I took it to the beach at least 20 Xs this passed months and we really enjoy it!!! It gives us an upper body work out!! It was not hard to inflate!!! If you have the right attachment you can use an automatic inflator or the manual this set provided. It took about 10 minutes with the manual pump and that was with me taking small breaks! Since we use this often we decided to keep in inflated & just maintain it that way. We bought racks and storage racks for the garage... but when we know we’re not going to use for awhile we roll it up and store it in the bag provided. Using this is not hard. It does take a bit of practice and balance. You use your upper body mostly, so by the end of the day you really feel the work out! The paddle is strong and works well moving us through water, this is a very slow process... you’re supposed to calmly glide through the water and enjoy the scenery not paddle as if you’re in a canoe... this is a much needed relaxing way to enjoy your day! When I paddle i take lots of breaks so I don’t over work myself. I sit or lay in the sun while on this, since were no Longer allowed to do that on sand! It was actually a genius move and we got so many compliments of how smart we were to move our “picnic or sunbathing” to the water!! Because the board is long we can both fit and sit as well as bring our small dog at times!! It’s very generous with space! The board is sturdy if you’re good with balance, like all floating things you can fall off so use a soft jacket if you’re going in the deep. I stay where it’s about 5-6 feet deep... Anyway, If you live near a big water source such as a beach, lake etc I would suggest you at least try one of these!! You will love it!! These are very popular in Hawaii and I’ve always wanted one, had it not been for the strict beach policy this summer I might have not have gotten one so I’m glad!! We will be using this for as long as it last. With proper care and maintenance I’m sure this will last a long time!! Our new normal turned out to be pretty good and we’re loving it!! ... show more

I ordered this for a Christmas gift, when it arrived, we opened it, unrolled it, took the packing material out (except the material on the fins) and rolled it back up and put it away in our house until spring. This past weekend was our first time taking it out for the season. When we rolled it out at the lake, the non-slip coating had stuck to the other part of the board and took the top layer off in parts. This was very disappointing, as it was a brand new board, never even blown up prior to that. Because we purchased them as Christmas gifts, we have passed the return window. I went ahead and pumped it up and took it out. It works like it should, I am just really disappointed in poor quality of the non-slip pad and how it sticks to the other parts of the board. No where in the User Manual does it mention it needs to be packed with a layer between the non-slip pad when rolling up to prevent this from happening. The only other issue I would mention is that sometimes I would hit a D ring on the left side when paddling which can throw you off if unexpected. I did also use the side D-rings to anchor the board in the the middle of the lake and it worked great for that. ... show more
