I’ve bought a few of these air beds and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. It’s comfortable and in 4 weeks it hasn’t deflated at all. Now it supposedly airs up silently when it gets low but if it does I sure don’t know it.

I'm not a fan of receiving returned goods resold as "new". Based on the amount of tape layers on the box with rounded corners, I'd guess I'm the third person to get this bed. I bought this for the 3 yo grandson to sleep on during their visit. Inflate with the firmness setting set to firm and the pump cuts out as expected, but the little "constant comfort" panel just seems to continuously leak air until you've got a mushy mesh. Hardly "firm". Other settings are no better. The pump is so noisy that you'd never sleep through a "reinflate" for comfort maintenance. The pic has the expensive soggy junk vs one from Big5 for 1/4 the cost after about 3 hours with no weight on either. This one is going back or to Goodwill If I can't get refund or a NEW replacement. I bought this for the kids to use on sleepovers. First, this is a really nice air bed! It’s big (queen size) and seems well made to hold up for a while. It inflates and deflates quickly (maybe 3 min at most). It’s has 3 comfort settings (plush, medium, and stiff). The silent back up pump is excellent. It maintains the correct pressure throughout the night. It’s super quiet. It is a very faint soft humming sound when it’s on bet definitely not noticeable or loud enough if you were asleep to wake you up. Comfort level is very good for a air mattress. I added a queen size pillow topper to add more comfort and it’s as nice as sleeping on a real mattress. Definitely pleased with this purchase and the kids say they sleep great on it. ... show more
