This is a nice thing to own, especially if you're picky about using fresh garlic. It's one of those "uni-taskers" that's worth the drawer space it occupies. The construction on this press is excellent and the design is usable and elegant. It's a good size for one mega-clove or a couple normal-sized cloves. Easy to clean and operate. As with many garlic presses, there is a slight problem with garlic extruding up out the side of the plunger. It's by no means a deal-breaker, as these pieces are easy to re-introduce to the pressing area and re-extrude.

This press works well enough. The hopper is small for the amount of garlic I tend to use (lots), but it is easy to press and easy to clean. The little teeth do a good job clearing the garlic from the holes. My only complaint is the pusher could fit more tightly to the hopper as it produces a thin circle of unpressed garlic with each clove. You can fold that over and re-press, but it just adds an uneccessary step.

I've been through a lot of garlic presses, and most of them are made very cheaply. This press is very well designed and definitely built to last. I am writing this review simply because I am so impressed with it. Every time I use it it brings me a lot of joy lol.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one of these. I hate mincing garlic and the preminced jars apparently loose it’s benefits. It takes two seconds and I put it right in the dish washer. 10/10

This product arrived today. Secured in a box with plastic covering the box. I got the silver which looks like stainless steel. It feels heavy compared to other products I have held. It is high quality and easy to use. I am sure this will be used daily in my kitchen. Great quality item at a decent price!
