I am not a fan of having to do this much extra work out of the mold. The mold side comes out matte and I end up painting a clear nail polish top coat to make it shiny. I did recently learn I can brush resin on it, that might also help with the sharper edges. I do love this mold otherwise. I'm making customized Christmas ornaments to sell and gift, and being an Idaho gal, it's a fitting gift for the people in my life. Only downsides are the sharp edges and matte finish, both of which create more work for me, but it is worth it so far 😊 Also this is pretty big for a keychain... works better as an ornament or shelf knicknack. This mold when I got it felt like it was made out of silicone caulk. I was weary of it when I poured it. After it was cured and I was able to remove it, it did remove easily. It is a think mold too. However, it came out matte finish with starburst marks on it. Yes I could sand it and polish it, but that is not what I expect out of smaller molds like this. I used it once and probably will not use it again for this reason. Into the death of molds box it goes. 🤷♀️ ... show more

A little larger than I wanted, but will still make great key chains and magnets. Was very easy to "paint" with mica powder and white resin really makes it pop. And bonus points because it actually stands on it's own!
