Aluminum exterior access panel needs to be
Size: 14 x 14 inches
Color: Screwdriver Latch
This 14” x 14” aluminum exterior access panel worked very well on my home. We secured it using four screws. It comes with rough texture so that you can prime it and paint it. I went to Dunn Edwards and got metal/aluminum primer.

Weak hinges that fail after limited use
Size: 24 x 36 inches
Color: Screwdriver Latch
As others have mentioned, the hinges are weak and the door fell apart the third time it was opened. Look elsewhere.

Good quality

These access doors are being used on a stucco wall that reaches the inside of a sunk-in jacuzzi tub. They fit in the construction/studs well.

Very nice unit
Size: 18 x 18 inches
Color: Screwdriver Latch
I thought it was well made, I like the insulated door and it should last being it's not steel.

Needs a door handle
Size: 24 x 36 inches
Color: Screwdriver Latch
I needed an outside access door for my attic and this fit the bill. It is not heavy duty, but that does make it light and easy to carry up a ladder to install. The flange was not deep enough for the holes to mount into the studs (my siding and insulation is the depth of the flange. I had to drill holes in the outside to mount it. The one missing item is a handle to open the door (hence the 4 star rating). I added one to my installation.

Not airtight.
Size: 24 x 24 inches
Color: Screwdriver Latch
The description claims the door is gasketed, but in reality it only has an extremely thin strip of foam tape, with gaps in it from sloppy installation. The door does not fit tight against the frame when latched. I was hoping to use this as an access door for my crawlspace in my basement, but this will allow lots of air to flow through and be just as effective as the warped piece of plywood that serves as a door now. Returning and will spend less to make a tighter sealing door out of wood.
