I hate buying sunglasses, I've been through several different kinds, rayban, spy, electric, etc that I've had really good experiences with, but just couldn't find this still in any of them... I always find it hard to find something I feel looks good on me and still have the color and durability to hang. I wear mostly black and have a redish/tan complexion, and I felt these would fit perfectly style wise with that.. I had actually tried these on at sunglasshut whilst looking at a different pair of Prada's, that's what swayed me... I have to say that the quality is just average, not cheap, but not what you would expect for $250, and I knew that from having them hands on at the hut. However, they fit my face very well, almost like a glove, and got the look I was looking to add to my wardrobe. This is a pair of glasses that you can wear will riding a bike, or looking down at your watch on the beach and not feel worried that they are going to fall off and be ruined, so that somewhat makes up for the feared durability that these may have. Another plus is that the arms do flex (not listed), they actually flex inside the arm instead of the hinge (pretty neat), I was very pleased with that and it gives them a nice touch of comfort (you don't get that binding/none tailored feel of a solid hinge setup). Being rimless you do have to be careful you don't crush or snap them, the plastic/hard rubber arms feel slightly grippy and are somewhat flexible, and the lenses are actually pretty thick, so maybe they will be hard to break? The gradient fad is smooth and consistent, the glasses overall are SUPER light and comfortable, probably the most comfortable pair of sunglasses I've owned. I have to say that I am pretty particular with products, and these are at the edge of my standard of feeling cheap in your hands, but at the same time they do feel really nice when you are actually wearing them, and that's what matters. I was really disappointed that they do not offer a polarized version, I would have paid extra for that. Only thing I would change is the Prada Logo smack in the middle of the side, and that they only offer Non Polarized/Plastic Lenses... ?Maybe? worth the $150 I paid, $250 is just too much for the quality, just keep in mind that you are truly paying for the Style and Name of Prada when buying this pair. I'm happy overall though, finally got a pair of aviators I feel look good on me and match my style... ... show more

They are definitely smaller than described. I was okay with that as my husband has a smaller face. Like the color and style but they feel light and flimsy. The case is plastic. And there is NO certificate of authenticity.

I love the style and fit of these Prada sunglasses but they have a design flaw! The lenses are attached to the frame with a screw and nut system that does not hold! They loosed and came detached multiple times until I lost one screw/nut set, thought I was going to have to throw them away…. Good news! I ditched the screws and nuts and replaced them with a larger size screw and threaded them directly into the frame and no longer have a problem…. Literally just trial and error until it worked…. That being said Prada should replace this flawed design and I shouldn’t have to re-engineer them myself…. Still love the glasses but…. Come on! ... show more
