Description

Prada introduces a new masculine fragrance in Sept 2012, named after the sailboat and the sailing team "Red Moon" or Luna Rossa, which participates in the American Cup competitions. The new fragrance, considering its name, draws its inspiration from the world of extreme sailing, prestige, marine nature and passion for innovation and victory. The composition is developed around the main note of lavender by perfumer Daniela Andrier of Givaudan. Intensity and freshness of accords are emphasized by the use of classical notes in new, innovative ways. Those notes include lavender absolute and bitter orange in the top, clary sage and spearmint in the heart, and ambrette absolute and ambroxan molecule in the base.

This is my all-time favorite men's cologne - not overbearing, light-scented, and long-lasting! My wife LOVES this fragrance! I have reordered it several times. Yes this is the real product for this price. I have bought it from Macy's a couple of times and I cannot tell the difference if it is a knock off. Which I am sure it is not. Those that claim it is probably have never really purchased it before. Or maybe they got a bottle that had been sitting in a warm place for a while. This does have alcohol in it and will breakdown over time. I can tell you, I love it, she loves it, I will buy it again. It is light and crisp and is a great everyday fragrance. I get compliments every....single.....day on it. I would definitely recommend the purchase. ... show more

It smells and appears totally authentic, so if it IS a knockoff, it's a damn good one (but I do really think it's legit). Came in the original box, sealed. The picture on this page is a bit misleading - what's pictured is actually the 3 oz bottle. The 5.1 oz bottle looks different (doesn't have the ribbed metal covering), but what I received appears consistent with what the 5.1 oz bottles look like at other places (compared with the photo on Macy's website). ... show more

Been using this product for around 6/7 years now and hope it's always available in the future. Like it because of the clean fresh smell that is not overwhelming and last me for most of a day's wearing. Great compliments from how i smell works for me every time.

I thought this was a cheap knock off posing as the original. Seems to smell the same as my authentic scent I bought a few years back. I wanted a big bottle because I love this cologne. I was shocked at how reasonably priced it was. I assume they got a bulk purchase and discounted it for the price to be so reasonable. I lucked out! ... show more
