This is the 1st I’ve ever tried this supplement. I read about it a little before ordering it. My main reason was it’s made to help boost energy, Mood, brain health and a few other important things. It’s a really good price for a 2 month supply. (Almost to good!) They say it’s 3rd party Tested here on Amazon I didn’t see anything saying that on the bottle though. I will update if I find other info out about that. I’ve been taking these now for about a week n half, I didn’t notice anything right off, but a lot of times you won’t but that doesn’t mean it’s not working and helping do what it’s supposed to do. Over the past few day’s, I have noticed I’ve been a bit more clear headed, and seem to have a bit more energy. I can’t say for sure that it’s from this, but hopefully so! hoping the longer I take it The better it works! And will be able to for sure notice the difference with it.     • Energy and mental clarity
I found PQQ to be intriguing when I researched it. I found that it is supposed to help quite a few things in the body. The B12 and Coenzyme Q10 are nice additions to the PQQ. I tend to not get enough of them. B-12 has always made me feel good and CoQ10 I’ve found to be beneficial for overall health. They seem to work together with the PQQ somehow. These capsules are average in size, have little odor and swallow easily with any liquid. The suggested use is one capsule a day so this bottle can last a couple months. I like that there aren’t a lot of extra other ingredients in these capsules only Nu-FLOW which my research indicates is made of rice hulls. I would rather have rice hulls than other synthetic stuff. I have been taking this supplement for about a week and a half and have experienced no adverse effects. Instead I have simply felt more energetic in general. Not tired like I usually am. I am also processing things better at work. I think it will take a while longer to see anymore effects. But for now it seems to be a worthwhile supplement to be taking especially when my diet is not as healthy as it should be ... show more

I usually don't like supplements with multiple ingredients but some of the ingredients in this one are symbiotic, so that's a lot easier to live with. The PQQ and CoQ10 work well together and are supposed to be even more effective when taken together. You are probably going to get a decent energy and brain boost fro the B12 which was probably added to make us "feel better" when taking this, as PQ and CoQ10 can be fairly unexciting as far as effects you feel when taking them. This is a decent dose of each of the ingredients at a very fair price. They came with a n expiration date well into the future. They are 3rd party tested, made in a cGMP factory, and non GMO ingredients. It doesn't say anyway where the facility is, so I'm guessing not in the US, because supplement manufacturers are usually pretty consistent about advertising that when they are made in the US. ... show more

    • Two Important Anti-Aging Nutrients
PQQ and Co-Enzyme Q10 are chemically related and both important for the health of mitochondria in the cell. Because of this, both seem to have benefits and may be helpful in slowing the aging process. I have taken both for years and while I can't feel the benefits per se, I do look and feel young for my age, so it's possible that PQQ and Q10 are doing some of the heavy lifting. This formula contains the standard dose of PQQ (20 mg) and a relatively high dose of Q10, as well as some B12. This formula uses the methylated form of B12, which is the best possible form. This formula is relatively inexpensive for what you get. This makes me wonder about the potency, although the company claims third-party testing and upholding GMP standards. So those are good signs, but when you see a price that seems an incredible good deal, it does make me wonder. ... show more

    • I feel this is helping my low energy.
I read about PQQ with CoQ10 in a Woman's World magazine for curing tiredness. I know I'm susceptible to adrenal fatigue and have been able to keep my adrenals from tanking with glandular and adrenal stress supplements. Nonetheless, I still have days where my energy is iffy. I took one PQQ capsule each day for a few days in a row and have to say I've felt what I remember to be "normal." I've had energy to do what I need to do. I grab all the pqq that I can, so I was happy to try this bottle. The bottle has a twist cap top, with a cotton ball inside. The capsules look similar to all other pqq brands that I've taken. It doesn't say which form of coq10 it has and doesn't have any oil for it to be dissolved in. But I like that it is a serving size of 1 capsule for 20mg pqq and 200mg coq10. If taking for egg quality like me, I'd take one in the morning and one at night. If you have a bottle of just coq10, I'd take one of those in the afternoon. Supposedly we best absorb 200mg at a time and about 600mg is better for egg quality. I've had multiple follicular ultrasounds since I have done ivf cycles 3 times plus the ones taken in order to screen me beforehand. Taking pqq and coq10 increased my follicular count on cycle day 2 from one to ten. My egg retrieval success went from 1 out of 8 embryos being euploid, 50% atretic, to 1 out of 4 being euploid and only 1 (25%) being atretic. I'm 39, for reference. ... show more

The recommended dosage is 1 per day, so the bottle has enough for 2 months. This capsule claims to support mitochondrial Biogenesis, cognition and energy levels, and according to the WebMD website, PQQ is an antioxidant and based on research, it shows to be more powerful at fighting free radicals than vitamin C.
