Only used for about a month so far but it's a great all in one solution....handles quite a few panels & with the aux AC input can be set up to auto compensate when solar can't keep up & battery bank is discharging below acceptable level. I am very pleased at the MPPT controller & 5KW inverter...it loafs along effortlessly running numerous heavy duty power supplies for my high power radios & RF amps in Ham shack all while running AC unit (110VAC Mini-split) & refrigerator etc.....I've never even come close to maxing it out. It's also pretty quiet except for short periods where internal fans run up speed but even that isn't too bad. Solar made easy

Got this unit as I needed an all-in-one battery charger solar charger sine wave inverter I live off grid and have solar and a generator this unit is simple to set up and wire works great to keep batteries full automatically switches between generator and solar use the digital menu is a little bit tricky but use the enclosed guide book and take your time to learn what all of the functions do so you can use it to its full ability mine is running my home daily since I got it with no troubles at all even when running at 100% output fans come on automatically and the unit works perfectly

I develop an issue with this inverter, after contacting Tech support. The issue was identified to be one of the cooling fans not functioning properly. They sent me a pair of fans free of charge and now my inverter is up and running once more.

I bought it in March 2022. Now it does not out put AC few days ago. It's is less than 1 year. Can you help? What is the procedure for repair? The display shows no out put voltage, current. I turned off and removed it from the system for about 2 days. Hooked it back to the system. It started working OK. Maybe just a system-reset. Monitoring it now. So far so good.

This inverter is a complete rip off. The first inverter I ordered from this company they lost before ever being received by UPS and this item I had to wait weeks to receive. It has clearly been used, is dirty and is missing pieces. It looks completely different from the product photos above. I will be requesting a full refund. Do not buy unless you're willing to wait several weeks to receive a very poor quality product.
