The POWERTEC MT4009 rolling foldable Table saw stand delivers both rugged work-platform stability for optimal bench top operations, and effortless work- stand mobility/storage for project versatility and convenience. Solid steel plates and steel tubular body offer maximum reliability and top performance. Heavy, large machines, such as table saws can be mounted onto the steel plates or directly on the stand itself, and hardware for each attachment style is included. Its 22-5/8" Bed Height is ideal for use with table and tile saws, And other similar machines. Stand automatically locks securely in upright position, and its handy pin-release lever assists in folding for easy, efficient storage. Can be stored with mounted saw attached in either the vertical position (secured with sturdy wide foot measuring 12" X 21" X 1/2") or in the horizontal position. Adjustable, firmly gripping rubber-stop feet (with locknuts) further enhances crucial stand integrity. A comfortable, wide handle and 8-Inch rubber wheels make for smooth, ergonomic portability. I must say this is truly a well-built unit. Very sturdy. The wheels are metal hubs, with lubed bearings and solid rubber tire. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold. Works like a hand truck to carry your saw around. My only gripe: wish they would have made it with different adjustable heights. Right now there is only one height - 23". A little too low for me. So I will have to build up the height with wood spacing. Now for the good part: This unit is extremely easy to fold up and unfold. Once folded and locked, it is like having your saw on a hand truck! This is a good product. Built well. Warning - don't buy this for a miter saw. The height has the table saw figured in and is 12 inches too low for a miter saw. It ends up by your knees. This is no fault of the manufacturer. I would build up a platform for it, but it would throw the balance to far forward. I'm not sure what I will do to fix this so I can use it. It may be too much trouble to try to modify it, but as I said, it's not the problem of the manufacturer. It is constructed as described and a good stand for a table saw. ... show more

Nice, lightweight stand. Easy to assemble. Like other reviews, some modifications may be needed. I have the Dewalt flexvolt saw. Screws holes are 1/4 ", bolts are 1/4". Holes need to be redrilled. Holes on saw are also drilled at an angle to sit for the dewalt stand. Just get some nylon nuts and it will hold fine and tight. ... show more

Works as intended. I’m satisfied with the quality to price ratio. It was easy to build although it was missing a bolt. I had one though that worked. Seems like a decent enough table saw stand for my DIY purposes.

The Powertec MT4009 was purchased as substitute for the Bosch equivalent, originally marketed as an accessory to the Bosch Bench-saw range. Bosch no longer make this accessory. Although the load-bed for the Powertec MT 4009 was a little too narrow for the base of the Bosch GTS 10XC Bench-saw, I had 'Adaptor Plates' fabricated at a local Engineering Company and used these as an interface between the Bosch and the Powertec MT 4009. The combination works well and is a bonus for storage, mobility and versatility. As may be seen in the accompanying photo, I have also attached anti-chafe pads to the storage foot of the Powertec MT 4009 to protect the superb powder-coated finish from chafing on abrasive storage surfaces while adding traction during the folding/unfolding procedure. The addition of such traction/anti-chafe pads as a feature of future products from Powertec should warrant some consideration. ... show more

Finally got around to installing this and it was very easy. The screws that came with it didn’t fit my table saw but no worries- a quick trip to Home Depot and I was squared away. Watch the YouTube video on how to level it and you are all set. It does save space in your garage and being able to move from your garage to your backyard to use it is very convenient. This may just be the best thing I have ever bought. My husband bought me a table saw for my birthday but it didn't come with a stand. I had some trim I needed to rip for our basement renovation so rather than build a table for my saw I opted to look at universal stands. This was the most expensive one I looked at but I decided to go for it because it looked easy to fold up (which it is) and push into a corner when not in use. My garage isn't large enough to have a permanent table saw set up. This thing is amazing! I'm 5'3 and it puts my saw at a safe height for me to use. My dad has also been coming over to use it and he is over 6'. He told me that I should give it to him for Christmas, lol. It's extremely well made, easy to use and sturdy. I like how light the stand is, and how easy it was to mount my saw to it. However, the material for the feet easily put a gouge in my composite flooring. I've tried a number of things to rectify this, but ended up with what is pictured. The wheels cannot be height adjusted, but they are actual tires and not made of plastic. ... show more
