My Canon TS8320 sat idle for over six months, and the print head sponge ink transfer points dried up solid. All the parts in the kit are pretty intuitive to use. There are two attachments designed to connect with the print heads. The smaller one doesn’t fit snugly around the print head and requires some assistance to stay in place during fluid injection. The larger adapter, however, fits securely around the double-sized black cartridge head. Since the print heads had hardened, I first injected enough cleaning fluid to presoak the sponges. After a few minutes, I began flushing the print heads. It took two flushes and two paper towels to remove all the ink. Considering the cost of ink compared to the cleaning solution—and how easy the kit is to use—I’d definitely consider using it for routine maintenance to avoid the expensive, ink-consuming deep cleaning cycles.

Ruined my magenta cartridge for Epson ET-2750 by forcing ink into the cartridge by using a syringe when it was outside of the printhead, and not knowing that these cartridges have a spring loaded outlet, and must be pushed in by the male counter part on the printhead to allow ink to flow. Because of syphon utilization by printhead, I took out cartridge and oriented the spring loaded outlet facing up, used a small plastic protrusion to slightly press down on outlet, while injecting ink into male nozzle at the bottom to completely fill the cartridge. Thereafter, reattached ink supply tube onto male nozzle, then snap cartridge back onto printhead. Will most likely need to perform a "power clean" for printhead by pressing "?" and "power" buttons until display ask if power cleaning is to be done. Accompanying tube and adapters will not work for black cartridge because the male input nozzle is slightly larger than the color cartridges. For the black cartridge, a 3/32" inner diameter tubing will fit snugly to that inlet nozzle, and will also fit onto the adapter that came with the syringe kit. This syringe kit worked perfectly for ET-2750 color cartridges. My Epson ET-2750, now works like new.

I had two colors not printing at all and used the kit on my Epson WF 635. It worked great. I would suggest one thing. When I put the ink cartridges back in it took some time (like 15 minutes) before I saw results from the cleaning I did. The first couple nozzle cleans didn't work until the ink had time to set back in the printer. Bottom line is just give it some time after you're done.

I used the product to clean the printing heads on my Epson Ink-Jet printer that had been sitting unused for 6 months. I needed to clean each head multiple times before the printer worked. On the positive side, the product did bring the printer back to life. On the negative side, some of the parts are difficult to put together. Also, unlike similar products this one doesn't come with blotting paper. Blotting paper is essential as the cleaner make a mess. If I need to purchase a printhead cleaner again I will likely check other products.

Canon G6020. I was getting zero black print. Multiple maint clean, deep clean, and ink flush did nothing. You can not find a replacement print head (BH-20). Nobody has them in stock and that goes back a couple years. Remanufactured ones get bad reviews. So, I ordered this. I was willing to give it a shot. Instructions are fairly useless. Lots of adapters with no real clue what is for what. Googling cleaning methods with products like this led me to know what to do. Using the syringe and the yellow adapter, I flush out all the ink of print head cartridge. Put it back in the printer and did one maint clean process. Printed a test page. Black print was perfect. Like the title says. It worked for me. Minus one star because of crappy instructions and lack of ID for the adapters.

There were no instructions on how the various parts and fittings worked, which fitting to use where, etc. The hose did not seem to fit on the bottle's nipple. Instructions were poorly written. The illustrations were useless. After trying several different combinations, I was finally able to flush the print heads, and it seemed to work, but I had to keep the fitting tightly pressed on the orifices, or the fluid would leak out the sides. (The fittings did not fit tightly on the ink orifices.) I was flushing an HP print head.

It works as it says. I have a couple of older HP printers. They don’t get used regularly and more often than not the print nozzles get clogged with old dried up ink. I have used this product on several printers with excellent results. The cleaning adapter heads fit the print nozzles and after a few cycles of cleaning the print heads clear out. It is recommended to warm the solution and I believe that helps.
