I had this set for 10 years and they worked perfectly. I used them for all my workouts (P90X, 80 Day Obsession, Insanity, etc) and I left them behind when we relocated. Biggest regret. I tried using my resistance bands and decided I had to have these again. I love how great they are for small spaces. You get 8 sets of weights in one small space. They range from 3# to 24# in 3# increments. Simply move the selector to the weight you want & lift. They work best on a flat surface. If you have a small space or hate having several weights all over the place, these are your best option.

Review of 24lb set: First off someone made a review that said their dumbbells only weighed 21lb. I think they forgot the last weight in the box or it was missing one, both of mine came in at 23.9lb. Cons: Plastic piece for weight selection. Works fine but a little worrisome if it were to break. Some movement of the weights in use/rattling. Not a big deal I think it comes with the territory with these kinds of dumbbells but something to note. Pros: 3-24lbs in 3lb increments. This is great, much better than having to go up 5lb each time. The weight selection is quick and easy and rather enjoyable. While the weights rattle a bit in use they are secure and work fine. In fact whenever you have them in a pressing motion they are extra secured, meaning they would not fall off even without the pin (of course not recommended). They are comfortable to grip and use. You may touch your forearm to the crossmember at times during certain movements (like wrist curls) but for the most part they work just like regular dumbbells. I have IronMaster dumbbells and these are a great addition for lighter weights. Also the weights are color coded to make it even easier/faster to change weights.

I've been using regular dumbells for years, and didn't have all the weights I needed. These are so convenient and take up less space. They are easy to use and adjust between the weight amounts. Very happy with my purchase. Ended up getting the 50lb set for my husband.

The weights were well made and the locking system was easy to use. I only gave them 4 stars because I wanted the ability to expand the set with additional weights as I built up strength. I believe PowerBlock makes other sets that can be expanded beyond the original weights.

I love these weights so much. I follow Fitness Blender workouts (which I love) and needed some weights at home. The trainers use these. They are easy to change weights and have a low footprint so you can put them away easily. I use these 4 to 5 days a week for strength training just continue to get stronger.

Fantastic dumbell set for the money. However, I recommend going with the standard Powerblock set which goes up to 50lbs per dumbell. 24lb per dumbell is easy to outgrow.

I bought these along with the PowerBlock EXP dumbells. It's the perfect combination! The Sport 24 goes from 3 lbs - 24vlbs in 3 lb increments. It's perfect for my wife because she needs smaller increment jumps. It's also perfect for physical therapy exercises that target smaller muscle groups & need low weights.
