    • Built to last. Comfortable to use.
This controller is the most desired one in the household. The rechargeable battery lasts for many many hours. Bought this particular one for my disabled son and it took a week of using it daily for hours before I needed to recharge it for him. You can feel the quality when you hold it in your hands and use the buttons. The weight feels perfectly balanced in my hands, for my son the balanced weight helps to keep it from flopping around on his tray as he uses it with his anti sliding pad under it. The buttons and toggle switches respond smoothly and quickly with no sticking or delays. Nothing more frustrating than a non-responsive controller when you’re trying to smash your opponents. The colors on this particular are vibrant and eye catching and Mario and friends themed is always fun. If my disabled son is not playing this is the controller that everyone else is vying for. This manufacturer makes both the rechargeable and the battery style controllers and both are great and respond well the rechargeable are slightly heavier so the younger ones do better in longer games with the AAA battery ones. ... show more

    • Great third party controller.
Style: Mario Joy Configuration: Basic
This controller has held up well and is enjoyed by my son. It doesn’t have motion controls, but it’s nice it uses batteries instead of having an internal battery for recharging.

I have 4 power A controllers Mario, Kirby and two Zelda controllers that in itself is the best compliment I can give. I love these controllers and don’t even look at any other third party brands for switch!

    • Value is maximized
Style: Mario Joy Configuration: Basic
Really good controller, with great grip and solid functionality. Nothing to envy to other more expensive ones in the market, much less the Nintendo Pro one!

    • Great Value with a Few Tradeoffs
The PowerA wireless controller for Nintendo Switch is a solid alternative to the official Pro Controller. It feels comfortable in hand, with responsive buttons and smooth analog sticks that make gameplay enjoyable. The design options are fun and varied, adding a personal touch to your setup. Setup is quick and pairing is reliable. The main drawback is the lack of built-in rechargeable battery, which means you’ll need to keep AA batteries on hand. It also skips some features like HD rumble and NFC, but for casual gaming or as a backup controller, it performs well. A dependable and affordable option for most players. ... show more

    • 6 months later still perfect condition
Waited 6 months before reviewing. The remote has held up and I love it, especially when playing Mario games. When the batteries die, it’s really easy to simply replace them, it takes two AA batteries. I don’t have any issues with this remote. The buttons are easy to use and the design hasn’t faded at all over the six months I’ve had it. I recommend getting one of these, it’s also made great gifts for friends! My only complaint is I wish they had more characters available ... show more

    • Awesome!
Style: Mario Joy Configuration: Basic
I bought this as a gift for my son. He absolutely loved it! Easy to pair with the switch. Works perfectly. Really well made. Arrived on time, which is great because I was late on ordering it! It is less costly than the controllers that you would buy in the store also! HIGHLY recommend.
