I bought this for my grandson as a Christmas present, after he found his mother's old Power Wheels Jeep in my basement, and we couldn't get it to work. The assembly was a little harder than I remembered from years ago, but I was much younger. However, the instructions are straight forward, but I'd budget more than the 90-minute estimate given by the manufacturer. There are quite a few steps, and the Jeep is very much knocked down to fit in the shipping carton. But once assembled it looks like a solid ride on. One tip, if you assemble this indoors, leave the light bar detached until you bring it outside. We couldn't get it through the doorway with the light bar screwed in place. Quality wise, the materials, design and features are very nice. The lights and sound work great and surprisingly it's made better and is larger than the 34-year-old version. Everything worked after assembly, and I think he'll love it (and your little ones will too).

Do NOT buy this hunk of junk. I purchased the Power Wheels Jeep Wrangler Willys Version for my son for a Christmas gift. It was assembled and given to him at Christmas. He was only able to ride it a couple of times (thanks, cold Iowa weather) when it completely stopped working. No matter how long I charged the battery, it just would not move. I contacted Amazon support, whom I bought it through, and they agreed to send us a new one. I was annoyed that we would have to assemble another (as they take hours to do and I have two young children who are demanding of what little free time I have), but was happy that at least it would be taken care of. Fast forward, and I have now assembled the second (replacement) Jeep that they sent and it will not move. I have charged the battery overnight. I am at my wits end. I went back and looked at reviews and it seems to be a reoccurring issue with this specific jeep that the battery either doesn’t work from the get go, or that it stops working shortly after. Amazon says they can’t do anything. What a joke. I’m at my wits end. I am stuck with a $200+ Jeep that doesn’t work, and a really disappointed kid. Again, do not buy. Learn from my two mistakes and non existent empathy from Amazon on this.

My kids absolutely love their Jeep!! They love playing the radio, turning the lights on and talking on the hand held! It drives over grass and bumpy roads great but the cute little plastic wheels spin on gravel until you give it a little shove. They've only put little things in the back but they love that too! They're always in it!

Got this for my 4 year old’s birthday and the Jeep just stopped working after 2 weeks! Now I have to work with a service center that is almost a hour away to try to figure out why it just abruptly stop working. Power Wheel quality has gone wayyy down. We have owned several over the span of 18 years and never had this issue.

Our grandson lives it. The wheels don't go well in the grass. It's better in the driveway and sidewalk. A little difficult to put together. Took about 3 hours.

Battery went bad, will not power up the power wheel, had it less than a year now. Great Power Wheel, tons of fun for my kiddo.

What can I say its a POW POW powerwheels. It is exactly what I expected and the design hasn't changed for many many years other than looks. The only thing I had a issue with is the sticker sheet in the packaging came folded and thus two stickers were damaged. One sticker has a obvious crease thru it while the other, the sticky part came off. Not the end of the world but something to look for when unpackaging it. Oddly one of the "Features" I can put a star on is Remote Control, this has no remote control function.
