At first I wished this set came with 3 handles so each size could have it's own handle. But as I've been using these, I really only use one size at a time. So only having one has made storage a lot easier. I'm also glad the handle has a screw and there are threaded slots that the handle screws into, making it very easy to assemble/disassemble. And the wood won't bloat if you accidentally get it too wet and then make it unable to get a handle in it. All the wood comes perfectly sanded and stained, so it has a nice smooth finish and can be cleaned easily using a damp cloth, no splinters with this set! I've been using the smaller one to attach handles and keep the shape of the mug. Definitely recommend this set to add to your studio practice, whether you're a hand builder or a wheel-thrower!

These wooden bowl forms for pottery are very nicely made and easy to use. I have been taking a pottery class at the local artisan center and we had a chance to use them. Only one wooden handle is provided for the 3 bowl sizes, but that is fine since I only use one form at a time. I found that as I was shaping and adding details to my pottery bowl, I could slide in back on the form to make certain that the bowl was still symmetrical. Very user friendly, I am a beginner and had no issues using these forms.

We got this set for our kids’ grandpa, who does a lot of pottery work with them, and it was a hit! It’s really nice that the handle comes off to suit all three sizes of imprints. Nice solid wood, appears to be really good quality. Recommend.

I love these mushroom anvils, they are such a nice flexible set. They can be used as drape or slump molds, but they can also be used to round mugs or vases. In my pictures you can see me using the medium sized mushroom to round a vase I am building. The small mushroom with be perfect for rounding mugs! The wood is lovely and solid, and the handle screws into each one nice and firmly without much effort. I couldn’t be more pleased with this set!

Great set of bowl press molds. I love having these on hand for my own use, but also for when I have beginners and / or children visiting my studio. A few slabs and a large thick piece of foam and my visitors are making bowls with delight. Nice size assortment. Well made --- sturdy and smooth. Highly recommend.

I'm impressed with the quality. The wood is dense and the threaded handle is made large enough to grip well. The three different sizes of mold are nice expanding my abilities to make uniform and replicative shapes much more easily. They are packaged well and the wood is polished and smooth which should make cleaning these up relatively easy. Ss I write this they currently priced at $30 USD which is probably close to fair in today's economy for real beechwood tools but also pretty heartbreaking because I know for a fact that extremely similar sets were going for a paltry sub-$10 within the last decade. I couldn't locate my tape measure but I did toss in a lighter for scale in my photo. The sizes appear to be very close.
