Took a ceramics class and loved it but they’re expensive. This is a great alternative allowing you to do it from home without needing special equipment! Much more cost effective and comes with everything you need to start this fun hobby. The quality seems to be the same as other clay used in ceramics classes. Whatever you don’t use, just wrap in a slightly damp paper towel so it maintains enough moisture to stay pliable. Takes about 24 hours to get dry enough to paint when you’re done with your project. HIGHLY recommend!

Paint quality could be better

Got this for a date night and it was super fun and we actually had more clay than we needed! I made a tiny planter and my husband made a pencil holder. Only complaint is that the paint peels off very easily when dried. If careful and if you’re making something that just sits somewhere, it’s fine.

Cute Anniversary Gift

Love this kit. I got it for my girlfriend for our anniversary and we had a crafting day together last month. We barely used half of one of the bags and were able to make so many small cute plant prints/little trinkets. Very simple and I like how everything is included all in one. Dries pretty quick, the variety of told are decent, and the quality of the clay was surprisingly good for something at an affodable price. Overall cute gift if you, your family, or signifcant other are into arts and crafts.

Bad quality

It’s a good project I guess but my pottery immediately fell apart. The execution is not well done and I feel like for $50 there has to be better materials. Even if it didn’t break the paint was peeling off terribly because it’s just acrylic.
