Was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loved it but it stopped working after a week. Battery won’t charge at all. Now I’m responsible for packaging up this massive item and shipping it back on my own dime for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else!

Great product… I bought a smaller one w smaller battery from a different company ans has to incur 81 return on a 200 dollar product. This however has a 24 volt battery, not 12v, therefore doesn’t get stuck on grass and has some speed to it making it much more enjoyable for my Son. 12 V versions don’t bother with.
