My son has ADHD and I bought this bean bag chair because we have a half deflated yoga ball that he lies on to help calm him down and I thought this chair would have a similar effect with the added comfort of a cover. Plus I can wash the cover, which is much easier than washing a deflated yoga ball. Upon opening the box I found the uncovered bag of “beans” dangerously close to where I cut the box tape. If I hadn’t been careful I could have sliced the bag by accident. Would be a good idea for the company to put a protective layer around the bag, or a warning to be cautious when cutting the box tape. The bag without the cover feels like it could easily rip but it is surprisingly strong. The cover is a nice canvas and was easy to put on. It also has a handy strap attached for carrying. The bag is firmer than I anticipated when my son sits/lies on it, but he likes it. He fell asleep on it so it must be comfortable for him! I guess you can also fill the bag with stuffed animals (which we have an abundance of) but I haven’t tried that yet. I feel like it might be wonky and misshapen with stuffies so I’ll stick with the beans for now…but it’s nice to know I have the option in case I need the extra storage space! All and all pretty happy with this purchase and would recommend especially for kids that have particular sensory needs. ... show more

Bought this for my kids, but they just aren't comfortable. Can't return them because they arrived just after we left my son's house, and by the time we got back the return window was over. He hadn't mentioned the one he opened wasn't impressive, but I was too far away to see for myself. I do not recommend these, and I'm annoyed that now I have to find new comfortable covers. The interior fill seems okay but the outside is cheap and still and uncomfortable. If you want to use it for a chair, then you might like it, but if you want to sprawl to watch TV or be comfortable, these are not good for that. ... show more

I didn’t want this beanbag for a human. So this review may be irrelevant for most. My dog only sleeps in beanbags so this was for him. However, I was disappointed to find this beanbag is made from the cheap styrofoam beads that go flat in no time, but it’s priced okay so I’ll keep it. I ended up having to cut a hole in it to empty out about a third of the beads, so it’s flat enough to smoosh into and I ended up fighting the entire electromagnetic field of static electricity for over an hour trying to get the beads in a garbage bag. But I can’t blame the manufacturer for that. It comes with a handy handle on top for easy pickup, but I think my dog thinks the handle is a seatbelt. The outer fabric is a heavy duty, nice material. The inner bag of beads has a zipper that is super glued shut.. so you can’t open it. Overall, probably a great beanbag for the girl in the photo. Not the best option for my spoiled dog. ... show more
