This was very easy to put together, and seems very sturdy, and took about a half hour or forty-five minutes to do so. Our three and four year old granddaughters can both sit at it in either the desk or the bench mode. For one child to really have plenty of room it works best one at a time. The bins are a nice touch, and we put cardboard under them to make them slide more easily and not get caught up when moving them in and out. It could also be used as a place for a child to eat. I wish I had room for two of them, so each child could have their own, but I don't. It is worth the price. ... show more

This was a gift for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who loves frozen!! this is sturdy, practical, we put her princess shoes in one cubby and all of her crowns and jewelry in the other cubby, easy for her to get out and keeps everything organized. It converts to a desk, which she loves!! it takes a little time for her to get in and out, dressed in her princess gowns (of course) since both sides are closed, but she does it with no problems. The media could not be loaded. This activity bench is for my granddaughter. She is 6 years old, 48lbs, 4' tall. It is perfect. I like the sturdiness of the desk and the fact that it was easy to assemble is a bonus. It will fit perfect under her bunk bed. Although it is recommended for 3-6y, I bet my granddaughter will utilize this desk until she's 8. 🤣 I love it! ... show more
