We are in the middle of relining or water lines and we have no shower so i purchased this to heat up my water to shower. But then my dogs chewed into the extention cord that we plug this into and it ruined it I was so sad. I mean it still works but the cord gets hot now when it didn't It was my favorite thing 😫it was easy to use super simple, great value, great quality super thick cord. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to heat up 10 gallons of water. I would get it again. (Side note read the directions don't put your hand in the water while it's on you will get zapped)

I bought this to keep my ice plunge from freezing. It works. Too good. Turns my 116 gal tub into 114 degree water if left in too long. It’s up to you on how long to keep it on. It’s simple physics. Be responsible and Don’t complain if it “shocks you” if you put your hand in it while still in water. It specifically says to unplug before.
