I am a homeschooling mother who raised seven children on a farm. I had two washing machines during those years and used a clothesline. While there are only two nearly adult children left at home, I know laundry! I purchased this washer to use with my Bluetti Elite 100 V2 portable power station (B0F42CSQWG). I purchased the 28-pound model to see if it could help lower our power bill further. I have had it and have been using it since January 31, 2026. The Bluetti runs it with no issues. I guess-stimate I have done 50-60 loads of laundry in it since I've had it. It is lightweight. It needs to stay out of the sun, or the UV will break down the plastic. Otherwise, I'd have mine on my deck and would fill it with a hose. Right now, I am using it in my shower/tub combo. I fill it with the detachable shower head. Even with the wear and tear from car accidents and more on my battered 57-year-old body, this washer is not too heavy for me to lift over the side of the tub. It holds more than I thought it would! There are four of us in the household. I do laundry every 4-5 days with it. It cleans the clothes very well! You load it, set the timer, and it agitates until it is done. Then you have to turn on the drain. Do not let any water pump, including this one, go for long without having water in it or you can heavily damage it. I stay there and do some exercises while it is draining. Near the end of draining, I make a mound of the clothes and put a little pressure on them to squeeze more water out. Then I refill for the two rinses, or more if I see the water is dirty. Volume: It will do a week's worth of one daughter's clothing, and about five days' worth of the other daughter's clothing. I still have my super capacity grid washer for comforters, king-sized sheets, washable rugs, etc. But, I have not used the grid washer for regular laundry (clothes, linens) since I received the portable washer. You are there for each part of the load so you see what needs to be done to the clothes. I use a lot less soap, less water, and am using solar power with this washer, and my clothes are CLEAN!! Win x 4! I have always been frugal. I use Member's Mark blue dish detergent (knock off Dawn) watered down quite a bit. I use 75-80% water to 20-25% soap. Two squirts of that and a tbsp of borax is all I need for most loads. I do pretreat stains as they occur. Because we have hard water, I add a little homemade vinegar now and then to the rinse. The spinner basket! I love it! The laundry does need to be put in the basket in such a way the basket is balanced, but it is easy to do. Pushing down on the clothes once they are in the basket helps a lot. If it is balanced and you let it go long enough, the clothes come out drier than they did with my electric washer! I hang my clothes to dry outside on the line or in the house on a Lehman's accordion wall dryer rack, and they dry fast. Since the Bluetti is connected to solar panels and in frequent use for laptops, an electric tea kettle, and the microwave, I did not like moving it around or running long cords. In early February, I purchased a cheaper power station with a lift-up handle for easier carrying, B0GD12Z4S3, so I could move it with the washer. The cord is long enough on the washer that I can plug it into the power station, which can sit on the toilet lid or the floor next to the tub. That power station is running this with no issue. Depending on how dirty the clothes are and how long I let the washer/drain/spinner run, I can get 8-14 loads of laundry done with one charge. I am very pleased with that. The washer and power station are a good combo. I recharge the power station through my Bluetti. My husband added wheels to the bottom of my washer, so I can move it more easily. I nicknamed my washer Maggie, and she scoots on her wheels through the house to the bathroom now. Do clean the lint filter trap inside the washer every few loads. I rinse mine off and pop it back in. Add the clothes pieces at a time instead of in a big tangled ball. When I am ready to put it away, I give it a wiggle inside the tub to make sure I have fully drained all of the water. If I hear any sloshing, I drain the water I can't see. That way, I am not lifting extra weight. I am very pleased with the washer and how well it cleans clothes. I plan to buy the 40-pound model next because I am used to having two washers to save me time. This washer, capable of being run by the power station, is part of the reason my husband and I were able to lower our power bill by 50%, which is $150-170 per month. I am very happy with the price I paid and how well it has held up.

The numbers made sense. It was either buy this on sale for $99 with $9 shipping or a little $40 or $50 portable that does about 1/4 or 1/3 of the amount of doggy laundry this does and by a $20 salad spinner which will not spin as much water out as fast as this one does. This one really really spins well. It really gets almost all the water out. The salad spinner did a little bit better than hand ringing because we know those little portable washers really don't spin. it's a joke. So spend $70 for something that's not going to work very well and can't do very much, like maybe one or two doggy blankets or four or five doggy undies at a time Knowing it will break soon because their delicate and they really don't get things very clean because they're not very powerful, or buy this at $99 on sale with $9 shipping and it's covered under our Amazon protection plan. It's tiny. But I can fit four to six small baby blankets in there and still have a little bit of space and then spin them two or three at a time because the spinner is smaller but it really gets them dry we can then just hang them up to dry. You could fit two pairs of jeans of a normal man normal heavy weight jeans in there. I would wash one at a time though. Because it's a little delicate. You could fit 8 2x regular white men's undershirts in their easily without overloading the machine. But it's the spinner that's the best because we all know when you hang laundry out to dry it takes forever unless you can spin them almost dry. This does that. The washer part is great but the spinner is gold. 1,300 RPM. It fits right in the bathtub. We have it hooked up to the shower directly because it's the guest bathroom and no one really uses that shower anyway. It's good advice to use a lint catcher in the drain, thank you to whoever put that in their review. It really washes powerfully it spends really well and if you have a small dog and you don't want to mix their body fluids in germs into your normal household machine And you don't want to run a Giants amount of electricity and water in a big normal household machine because it's just a bunch of small loads for doggy or baby this is a great solution especially if you have a spare bathroom that nobody really uses. it's 22 pounds dry, heavier wet unless you let it dry out, so lifting it in and out of the tub is not a problem for storage. Great for hurricane season with prolonged outages.

This little machine is a life saver for those in apartments or small spaces. It surprisingly does an amazing job washing clothes. It is smaller so yes you can do 1 hamper in 1 go but it beats sitting at a laundry facility or paying 8 dollars per load. The spinner does a fairly good job of getting clothes dry but still need to air dry. The washer does need gravity to drain water, it doesn't have a pump system per say. I put it in the tub and it drains fine. I wouldn't call it noise at all and about the same as a regular washer. If it is off balance it is loud but you just have to shimmy it a bit to help rebalance. One of the better purchases I made and I find this a creative solution to paying for laundry or lugging things outside my home.

THE GREAT: This little washer kicks ass! I was really shocked at how much it can handle. I got the version that can take on 18lbs of laundry with a 10lb capacity spinner, and several weeks' worth of laundry was cleaned and ready to use in a blink. The small hose for filling it is quite small, and though it worked beautifully, I prefer to use my showerhead to fill the tub faster. The 15-min max cycle agitates everything fine and is gentle enough to make me feel confident even for handwash-type items. The drain hose is quite short, but with a little creativity I was able to wiggle it in a way that it drains easily enough down a good drain (tested on the toilet, tub and sink. I prefer hooking it by the toilet as it'll drain on its own.) It's a lot more involved than your run-of-the-mill washer and dryer, but especially since I've been looking for more ways to be more active, I found it really fun. There is a bit of a learning curve, and the instruction manual isn't the clearest, but what I usually like to do is to fill the tub with the temperature of the water I want to the level needed for clothing, soak the clothing for a moment without over-crowding the already large tub, let it spin for the max 15 minutes. Then I let it drain, refill the tub with less water to rinse out the clothing, let it spin for about 5 minutes, and drain again. Finally, I'll move half the load into the spinner, let it go for up to 5 minutes (depending on how much it needs to drain), and let it finish. I've run over 10 wash/spin loads so far, many of them back-to-back, and all of them have been perfect in how clean they are. At this point in time, I have a clothesline, so I take out the spun clothing and let them dry outside. Probably will get a mini-dryer as things get colder, but for the time being, it really is a lot of fun, and is a good way to fill the time. Maybe I'm just weird for enjoying chores though. It is a bit expensive but extremely worth it. Eventually, it'll pay itself off compared to the several trips it takes to get to the laundromat nearby, and the hassle of getting coins every single time. THE BAD: There **ARE** some negative qualities to it, but they were minimal in comparison to my positive experience. If the spin dryer does not have a heavy amount of clothing on it, it will spin in a way that bumps against the inside frequently until it finds equilibrium. It can be a bit noisy at this point. There was a lot of trial and error to figure out exactly where and how I wanted to set up the machine. It may benefit from getting some form of a cart/wheels under it to make it easier to move around if there is not a set area for it to be, like at my home. The instruction manual isn't written in very clear English, but it really is as simple as plugging it in, hooking it to a water source, and getting the drain somewhere it won't fall off. One other negative thing is that the plug is not very long at all, be prepared to be somewhere with both a drain and an outlet within 3ft away at max. The machine also arrived covered in thin sheets of plastic that covered every inch, even under decorative elements and inside the machine in ways I'm still struggling to pry out of the cracks and crevices. I'm not sure why it would come in such a way, assembled so that you have to practically take apart some elements to get the plastic out. It does make a small mess with the water, so don't expect to be running it on the carpet. MISC: The washer came with a card that included a private email address to the vendor, who encourages you to contact them if there is ANYTHING wrong with the washer. While mine came without any real problems, it was extremely comforting to see how much they care about a large item being shipped over such a long distance. And if anything goes wrong with the product that's clearly an error of manufacturing or damage from shipment, that they'd be there to help. I love this little machine for saving my bacon, and the hassle of dragging my dirty underwear to a laundromat. Thank you to the makers for such a considerate item!!!!

Great off grid washing machine. The spinner side gets the clothes so dry you almost don't have to hang them. Hook up to a water source or fill with buckets of water. Heated or cold, it gets clothes clean. I recommend doing a double rinse. Spin between wash and rinse for best results. I also recommend adding only enough clothes to wash as two spinning cycles capacity allows for best results. And use the spinner insert or your clothes will offset and not spin proper. We use it off grid, but I can see many other uses, like a dorm... Hope this helps...

Hose hardware doesn't connect or fit to any faucet in the house. I have to use a bucket to lift the water into the machine. Doesn't pump water UP at all when draining, and the drainhose is at the bottom, so I have to set it on milkcrates when in use so the water can flow downhill and back into a bucket again. The drain hose is too short and/or is on the wrong side of the machine to drain anywhere useful in my tiny apartment, which is why I have to use a bucket to drain the water, too. And, the instructions specifically say don't use it in the bathtub, even though the bathtub or the front yard would be the only ways you -could- use a washing machine that drains by gravity with a drain hose located at the bottom of the machine, right? The milkcrates + bucket and the hose being located down and to the left make for a lot more lifting of a heavy buckets of water than I would have liked. Machine doesn't seem very quiet, especially at the back. Apartment walls are thin, and some apartments don't want these things in the units due to water spills being a problem. The noise is going to get me caught. Fits (hides) PERFECTLY in the narrow hall closet of my tiny apartment. It's like this thing was made to fit in this spot. Lightweight for a washing machine when it's empty. Spin cycle works great, even with sopping wet clothes, just don't try to spin out a whole load at once.
