Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've lived in apartments for 6+ years, and I cannot, as a disabled woman, go up and down flights of stairs with huge amounts of laundry baskets. These little washers have been a lifesaver for me and my family! They're light, but a tad loud at times when spinning, but overall, they pay for themselves within a month. Note: Unlike my last washer, the hose on this one did not have a hook to hold the hose up, so I made an easy one with a zip-tie! Water drain: It does chug if you're trying to drain upwards. Always make sure the hose is downwards when draining. Spin quality: It's okay. Build quality: Overall build is sturdy, the hose is good, and internal functionality is good; however, quality of life would be better if it came with a hook to hang up the hose when not in use.

Product stop working on the 33rd day. Amazon promised us in a label for the return of the item because they don't do exchanges, never sent the label three weeks later I have the following insurance claim. I communicated with Amazon over the phone more than six times and would you believe it all of a sudden the notes of Each of those call are gone they were there when I first called but not be more, they disappeared, no evidence of the promise to send a label? I wouldn't purchase this product, and I would always get insurance when you purchase junk from Amazon. You can contact the company, there is no email on their storefront there is no address, there is no phone number there is no way to communicate with them, you can contact their customer service, you can't leave a message, you can't do nothing but hold onto your paperweigh... "I agree with the gentleman who said the following: I purchased this at the end of February and only used it a few times. It came with a dented hose and the hose that goes into the facet didn’t fit so I had to fill it by hand. I bought extra protection on it and it ALREADY stopped working. It stopped draining and my clothes got stuck in water and the other side where it spins filled with water. I called for assistance and they were NO help just offered a refund. Don’t waste your time and money. It also ruined a couple other items of clothes. I highly wouldn’t recommend this product unless you want to replace it in a couple of months and need to replace your clothes on top of it."

I didn't expect much at first. I had to get this because I live with my sister and my chinchilla liners clogged her washer with their fur, so for a solution I chose this to clean than better than by hand. This machine is amazing and gets everything very clean. I bought washing sheets since the regular pods put too much soap in the machine and have to split the liners up so as to not overload it. It only has a 15 minute timer you can set for washing, so you'll need to reset it if something is heavily soiled. The drain is pretty straightforward and I have this in the bathroom near the sink. For filling up the washer, I just use a large home Depot bucket. The drying basket in there is excellent too. The liners are pretty heavy and within 5 minutes they are are spun out and nearly dry. Emptying it out is a bit time consuming between cycles (which I have it 4 stars for) and sometimes it takes up a day quickly, but it's worth it so my sister doesn't make me buy her a new machine.

#1: shipped free with Amazon prime. Many companies do not include shipping in the price. Shipping can be expensive, and prime delivered. #2: product arrived 4 days earlier than indicated by Amazon prime. 3 days transport #3: This unit is equipped with a pump drain. Many similar products are gravity only drain which limits placement when in use. #4: Powerful agitation that results in very clean clothing. #5: Spin bin RPMs really pre-dry denim to lint-free towels perfectly #6: Cost and portability surpassed my expectations and many qualities, ease of operating, size, performance and water resistance make this a great choice when shopping. #7: I work in the plumbing industry that, on any given day my duties range from clearing drain lines and sewer clogs, to excavating leaking pipe, to cutting wallboard that creates gypsum dust or work,or cleaning plumbing equipment. Every type of heavy dirt and grime find my clothing especially anything new. Great care and attention must be considered to be able to lengthen the life of my clothes. To summerize, deep ingrained dirt is removed with my new washer. #8: At the end of the day, I toss everything i wore into the machine; duck work pants, socks, underwear, and button shirt with a small washrag or two and forget laundromat. #9: Average cost is $10 US treasury note per week equals $520 +/- annually VS One-time payment #10: Money = Time No more wasting time and energy going to the privately owned laundromat that only results in frustration. #11: negative feedback: there is really loud noise on discharge. It's as if screws fell off inside the pump and it restricts the discharge flow immensely. I have to wiggle the hose in order to stop the noise and start the draining... every time. Still satisfied Update after over 6 months of daily use. Today Mar. first of 25': I took it apart and found that coins were in the pump and by all means, my fault. I use this almost daily for my clothes, work towels and I washed about 10-12pair of milwaukee gloves and they were beyond filthy. This little machine continues to chug along and I've saved so much $ and trips to the laundromat I'm still happy. Another feature that I didn't mention, or know at the moment but if you forget your filling it for whatever reason, my heart sank when I realized and seen it full to the brim,,,,, both sides full but the drain was working great so I want to say thank you for the overflow feature that's been there.
