Pretty good little washer. Holds more than you think and gets clothes pretty clean. Be prepared to hang your clothes though because the spin cycle is not going to fully dry them. You’d be surprised at how dry they get though. If you can get it hooked up to where it automatically fills that’s great. I had to use it in my house when I didn’t have a washer and dryer and I had to manually fill it every time. This machine isn't working. The motor is on and can clearly be heard, its the agitator that isn't spinning/ moving. This sucks and is too much trouble for me to send back due to the size and transportation. This is a waste of my very hard earned money . Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've lived in apartments for 6+ years, and I cannot, as a disabled woman, go up and down flights of stairs with huge amounts of laundry baskets. These little washers have been a lifesaver for me and my family! They're light, but a tad loud at times when spinning, but overall, they pay for themselves within a month. Note: Unlike my last washer, the hose on this one did not have a hook to hold the hose up, so I made an easy one with a zip-tie! Water drain: It does chug if you're trying to drain upwards. Always make sure the hose is downwards when draining. Spin quality: It's okay. Build quality: Overall build is sturdy, the hose is good, and internal functionality is good; however, quality of life would be better if it came with a hook to hang up the hose when not in use. ... show more
