The media could not be loaded. One of the things I love most about this portable washing machine is how easy it is to use. Just add your clothes, water, and detergent to the machine, select the desired washing mode, and press the start button. The machine will do the rest. When the washing cycle is complete, the machine will automatically shut off. Another great thing about it is that it's foldable. This makes it easy to store when you're not using it, and it also makes it perfect for travel or camping. Overall , it’s small and lightweight, making it easy to move around and store. But even though it's small, it has a surprisingly large capacity of 9 liters, which is enough to wash a decent amount of clothes at once. ... show more

This is utter garbage. Don't be fooled by the advertising. 1st - It doesn't hold nearly as much clothing as they advertising suggests. The spin basket is only big enough for 4 mens socks OR 2 pairs of underwear. No lie. It holds nothing. 2nd - The spin basked it unstable and spins off the motor completely during the "Spin" cycle. 3rd - Completely unstable and jostles itself around everywhere. 4th - The "lid" is just a piece of plastic that sits on top and doesn't even pop on. Definitely no replacement for a full size washer / dryer, but for travelling or a small (vacation) apartment or camping it can be a good choice based on my experience so far. The really good thing is that it comes already fully assembled, but still fits in a very small box because it can be folded. BTW: after using it, I've been able to put it back into the original box to store it for next usage without any problem. So it's ready in a few minutes. The set has the washing machine, a drying / spinning basket, the power supply (with worldwide voltage support), the lid to protect against spills and a long hose for easier draining. I've been washing some underwear and a t-shirt with the 10 min program (there's also 3 and 5 min available) and these items came out very clean - ready to dry and wear again. Really convenient. I'm not a big fan of hand washing, so this helps me a lot. ... show more

I am satisfied with my purchase. It does the job for my feminine delicates. I chose to run a wash, spin, rinse, spin cycle. The spin was disappointing but removed enough water so I could roll in a towel, hang and air dry.

I have used this little washer a total of 5 times. The first 4 were flawless. I placed the machine next to the kitchen sink to drain directly into the sink. Filled the container about 2/3 with warm water, put little items like socks and underwear, not too much detergent. Never used the spinning basket. The fifth time I used it I just could not seal the draining spout shut all the way with the little rubber thing. I had to watch the water level and add more water as needed because water was escaping not only from the spout but also from some other opening because the entire counter got very wet. I’ll try to find something to plug the spout shut and try to find where else the water is escaping from. The idea is great but needs better manufacturing. PART II - seller reached out to me offering a full refund. This was totally unexpected and very gracious on their part since it had been several months since I bought their product. So the machine was subpar but the customer service is excellent. Would buy their washer again if they could engineer a better spout stopper. ... show more
