I received this product, and I was so excited to try it out after reviewing many videos and reading many responses. I decided to return it number one the instructions were not great. It doesn’t tell you how much water to put in it and the basket in the middle pops off during the wash cycle also, it came with a connector hose and you’re supposed to attach it to your Fossett to run water to the machine that didn’t work either so I’m returning it. ... show more

The instructions are awful; not descriptive and very hard to follow. Three of us tried to secure the basket; to no avail. When we took out the basket, the entire machine shook all over the place. I bought this a couple months ago for our Labor Day retreat and what a disappointment! I should have tested the product as soon as I received it and now it is too late to return. I am now stuck with this machine that does not work and out almost $100... not worth it! Very disappointed! ... show more

This is very efficient and it’s small portable and easy to store away. Makes washing small items that usually need to be hand washed a breeze! Love this little machine and it’s cute too!!

    • Not worth it
The basket that came with it is not the one pictured on amazon. It comes in three pieces and comes apart from the spinning in the wash, interrupting the cycle. It would have been faster to hand wash in a bucket. The buttons are hard to use.
