I bought 2 of these but neither of them work. #1. Powers on but shuts off when I push the mode button. #2. Powers on and the mode button works, however it shuts off after 10 seconds. Fyi There isn't any trouble shooting instructions in the manual, and the instructions I found here instruct me to take them apart, check the fuses and replace with the right ones. No way is that acceptable with a new product. Plus that would usually void any warranty (US) I will be returning them tomorrow. If 1 worked I would ask for a replacement, but both, no way. I'm going to get right to the point, the machine works fine but, and this is a big but the instructions are very vague and unclear, this drain valve they say to close doesn't actually exist. On the top of the washer is a little slat where you hang the hose to keep the water from just draining out. Needless to say I spent a very long time looking for something that wasn't there. For me it wasn't worth all the trouble for what I paid for it to have to go through all that, I'm not even sure it will last long only time will tell but I would pass this product up I only have 2 stars because it turned on and worked. ... show more
