Will NOT pump out the water. Bought one and thought it was defective, bought another one and exact same thing. Leaves at least 1 gallon of water in the machine after spin cycle. Clothes come out soaking wet. Owners manual says drain hose has to be flat on the floor for it to drain! How is that possible, unless you have a drain on the floor. This is fully automatic machine. Easy to set up, simple to operate. Compact bur mighty. Surprisingly very quiet. wash very well. I like that on regular cycle it rinse twice. Spin the clothes very well.

I had been researching portable washing machines for a little while and ran across this model and started checking out all of the features. I like the fact that it is automatic, small, and functions well. It washes well and spins all of the water out of the drum in the spin cycle. It is a great value to someone who lives in an apartment or dorm and hates spending money and time to go to the laundromat all the time. I actually have a set up with cold and hot faucets so I do not have to hook up to kitchen sink but even if I did, it would not be difficult. Easy installation. Set it up myself.
