The washer stopped working properly after the fourth wash. During that cycle, when turned on, it would start briefly, then spin, stop, and sit for a longer period before reversing. The time between start-up spins increased. It sounds like the motor is failing. The items washed were baby clothes, one at a time. The first three washes worked fine. UPDATE: I figured out why there's such a long gap between the forward and reverse spins (that you hear in the video). It no longer reverse-spins, so the pause is where it used to reverse. It only spins in one direction now.

This is easily one of the best and most innovative products I have had the pleasure to review. Pros: 1. It runs reliably from an inverse power bank generator. That is huge. 2. It travels everywhere. You will have to put it in checked luggage for portability and travel. 3. Well-designed tank. No leaks. 4. For 3+ day travel, it's an essential tool. 5. The power draw is minimal. Cons: 1. The stabilizers are POORLY constructed. Once all four popped out of the bottom, I couldn't put them back. Those are important if you put the device on a countertop. 2. They do not tell you limits in terms of the number of clothes or the weight limit. It's pure trial and error. 3. NO INSTRUCTIONS. 4. No instructions on how to use the spin cycle. I almost burned out the motor. You can only spin one item at a time. Good news, the spin cycle is only 3 minutes. If I were a frequent flier, this would be in my toolbox.

I like it because it is very portable.The noise level is acceptable during operation. I can wash 2 T shirts with this 16L size version. I would have given it a 5 stars had the wire been a bit longer. Only 5 feet long.

Definitely not a 16 liter capacity. 16 liters is roughly 4.22 gallons. To test capacity I filled a 5 gal bucket pouring it into this machine till it was full. It handled 2.4-28 gal That's around 8-10 liters. Just being around half the size advertised. Asking for a refund now

This is not a useful product. It DOES work and I DID receive a working product with no defects - but it just doesn't work well. Arriving in functional condition earned it 1 star over the bare minimum. The problem is I paid $60 USD for a bucket with a motor in the bottom that's supposed to collapse to save space and with the intention of gently washing small clothing items or fabrics. The problem is: -Collapsing the bucket doesn't significantly change height for storage. -Collapsed, you cannot include the plastic spin-bucket inside without popping off the lid. -All the plastic is cheap and prone to breaking easily and won't last long if you're constantly assembling and disassembling for storage. -You can't wash a single adult size t-shirt inside without hearing the motor struggle as fabric gets caught in the spinning bucket attachment. -When it works, it washes no more than 3 pieces of underwear and a pair of long-socks at a time. -When it spins to dry, it doesn't wring out any water. -When you drain the water from the spicket, a small bit of water remains inside that you can't drain so you have to wait an eternity for it to air-dry before you put it away. -When you don't dry it properly, the trapped water WILL eventually produce mold (especially around the collapsing silicone if you don't pat it dry before storage) -When it spins a wash-load it barely does more than a soak -When you use the device you realize it would've been faster and better to just do everything by hand and save some electricity and water I applaud the idea as it's definitely a good start, but they need to improve the drainage and the storage significantly or at least include a storage bag to put all the parts that won't fit inside during storage. Additionally, I can understand the limitations of fabric size and bucket capacity and motor torque. I just cannot justify this product being in my possession when I can go to the hardware store and buy a 2-gallon paint-bucket with lid and fill it with twice the operational capacity of this product and shake that for a minute or two by hand with hot water and some detergent inside to get far better results for only $5 USD. This ain't it chief. I'm getting a refund.

Perfect washer for small items. Folds very small. However, Spin basket is flimsy and spin cycle is weak. One has to finish wringing by hand. It’s ok.

I really like it! I was very skeptical but I like it. BUT the only bad think is how much it moves and make noise when It’s in the drain cycle. you can see it in the video plus the clothes still have a lot of water at the end

Although this machine is cute and portable, it lacks in strength. I bought it to wash my dog's pajamas and unfortunately have been unable to use it. I tried 4 different times with no success. The little basket you put in the center can't be filled with anything because it won't spin. I even tried without using it. The water inside will spin, but the items inside stay stuck. The dog pajamas I put in there would compare to a onesie for a 2-year old, so by no means are they too big or heavy. I feel this would only work for washing underwear or face cloths and limited to 3-5 pairs at a time (depending on fabric weight). I would return it if I hadn't used it already.
