Fast shipping, properly packaged, received with no damages. Portability is pretty good, but a little heavier than I expected. Not sure what it weighs but compared to the portable washer it’s heavier by a bit although they supposedly weigh 37 lbs each. I can lift the washer easy enough, not the dryer. It doesn’t get hot enough therefore it takes longer to dry. That’s not an issue for me. I live alone so I don’t need to dry a lot of things. And my electricity is included in my rent as well. Just dried a thick bath sheet, a hand towel, and 3 pairs of thick boot socks. Total drying time was 100 minutes on high heat. So not to bad. Beats going to the laundromat in my senior building where who knows what is being washed in those machines. Call me paranoid but I just can’t. People are nasty

I absolutely love this washing machine although when you wash clothes, make sure the load is small because you don’t wanna overload the washer but other than that, I absolutely love it

Pieces are shipped separately. You will not get the drier the same day as washer. Washers water hoes attaches to a none standard sink or water spout. Still on sure how it was supposed to hook up. Will never buy again.

I recently got this machine expecting it to be smaller! It’s a good size, can hold 1 load not really heavy. Fills and washes just like a normal size washer, I think my clothes turn out cleaner actually! I really suggest you buy!
