Arrived and looked to be well packaged. Opened package to find one of the screws for the bubble level missing. Well, that's great. That makes it useless ! Tire the box apart into small pieces and found the screw in a corner. Very lucky it didn't fall out. It was so tiny I could barely pick it up with my fingernails. Reinstalled it and attempted to adjust it. Head doesn't exactly swing freely. Looks like I'll have to modify this brand new tool. ... show more

Properly set up, this balancer works very well. When calibrating, turn all screws in one turn to preload them a little, then level the bubble. Repeatability is perfect. I balanced hundreds of tires back in the 60s and 70s with a professional balancer very similar. This Works every bit as well. If you don't abuse it, it should last for years. ... show more
