Overall a good product, especially for price. Some pros and cons, like with anything. It is fairly comfortable in my opinion, I'm 5'8ft and I can sit in it with my knees out and slightly bent. Do like how far the water comes up because I feel like I'm able to soak my shoulders and neck well. Does hold heat in well too. It was easy to put together. Couple of cons I've noticed. Make sure when you use it that you either put the drain of it directly over your drain or make sure it isn't able to suction seal to the bottom of your shower. I didn't know this at first, and almost flooded my bathroom draining it because it had suctioned itself to the bottom of my shower and I had not positioned it so that the drain was directly over my drain. And it is HEAVY when it is full. Had to hand drain it with bucket into separate drain. Wasn't fun but also partly my fault. Other issue that drives me slightly nuts is when you move it, the poles that help support it tend to fall out and you have to put them back it. I usually just drag it around to prevent that from happening, because I get tired of repeatedly having to put them back in. Hopefully I don't punch a whole in it doing this. But it is nice and quick to set up and take down and for someone who doesn't have anything but a corner shower, it is nice to be able to sit and soak and wasn't breaking the bank to buy. ... show more

    • Works for fetus position, ideal for tiny showers
If this were any larger it wouldn't fit in our apartment's tiny shower. We wanted a way to soak and this fits the bill perfectly. Big enough for a relatively relaxed fetus position, but don't expect to straighten your legs, obviously. After a couple months of use we've had no leaking issues and I can't imagine having any with the apparent thickness of the material. Seems to be somewhat insulated. If your shower is bigger than 30 × 30 inches, get something larger. The little waterproof pillow is nice for supporting your neck. Pretty easy to assemble, remember to put the washer in when screwing on the draining spout or it will leak. Put the hole in the bottom of the tub directly over the drain, or otherwise don't put the tub over the drain since it will block it, and it's very hard to move when full. ... show more

This tub works great! I poured like 6 bags of ice in there and filled it in with water and my clients were so happy to have this on our hot summer days after a sweaty workout. We had some big guys go in there and they fit easily. I would recommend not to over fill it if you have a bigger frame bc then the water spills out everywhere. The only thing I could say as a drawback if any is that there isn’t a cover to keep the cold or heat inside over night. I used a shower curtain to cover it up but we had to pour more ice in each day. We kept it going for three days and I circulated the water and poured a tiny bit of chlorine in there to keep it fresh over night. You do not need to spend a lot of money on a name brand plunge tub to have a great experience! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought the tub for detox bath. It's good size, easy to install. But it leaked from the drainage port and the support leg broke when the tube was half filled. I would be retuning it.

    • If you're thinking about it, get it!
This was on my wish list for a while but I was afraid it was too good to be true. I was wrong! It's exactly what I wanted. I love baths but it seems like the standard tubs in the places I rent are always too shallow. I want to soak and this allows exactly that, with lots of comfort. I'm not a small person and I'm able to sit comfortably inside in a few different positions, though I usually end up with my legs crossed. Since I've recently moved somewhere with a beautiful outdoor area sometimes we even set it up outside so I can soak as the sun sets and listen to the birds. I find it easy to drain as long as you plan ahead, and I agree with another review that it's a good idea to store upside down so the pvc supports don't slide out as you're moving it around (though if it happens they're easy to get back in.) ... show more
