Going to return the product as the capacity tested proved the capacity is false on the title. When I first received the battery, I felt the weight of the product, and there are two halves, a top half and bottom half (with the LED Light). The top half only had 1/4th of the weight on it, and the bottom half had no weight, including tapping on the shell, you can hear the difference that the battery pack was not there. This got me to purchase a USB Multimeter from Amazon to test the capacity. Prior test, I left the Battery on a USB-C Charge for 4 hours, because the battery LED's were already at 4 lit lights. So the battery was supposedly at 80-90% full. Just needed a bit more to get it to be solid. Read the back to see the Max Output of the middle port.. 5V>3.0A... Put the tester on, and set it to 3.0A and let it sit all night. I even checked on it every 30 min before I went to sleep, and with calculations it should have kept going by morning... Nope, it shut off 40 min after I slept. Gave the battery bit of a Charge this morning, then plugged in the tester to see the capacity output... yahhhhh... 11,759 mAh is not nearly close to half of 30,000 mAh... Now given the fact the multimeter needs power to run the LED screen, it should not be exactly 30,000 mAh, I was merely expecting an output of 27,000 - 30,000 mAh, but nope... not even half.... And yes, after 4 hours the battery was fully discharged. DO NOT BUY THIS POWER BANK ... show more

It was good in the beginning. but now it will charge and lose the charge after an hour. I purchased it for a second time and now this one is horrible and I chose another one with another company that is 50,000 and guaranteed to last at least 24 hours.
