EDIT: As promise if things changed I said I would come back here and update this. I had received no mean to get help from the Amazon website. I have rarely needed to do so and it might well just be a lack of familiarity with this on here. But it had appeared there were no options to resolution. So I posted this review. After posting this review Penny from the company got in touch with me. The communication was quick and clear. I was offered an under warranty replacement and accepted this offer. I got a second Orange charger and tested it as quickly as it came. Just like all of the others it worked perfectly. I wanted to state here that I truly appreciate the fact they were were monitoring and got in touch with me, that they answered with a simple solution, and that the replacement is working properly. I have updated my review from 1* to 5* because I got exactly what I ordered with excellent support from the company. With clearly mass produced items like this you get a double edged sword. The price is cheap for an excellent item but you are also faced with 1000s of shipped items. QC is always going to be a struggle. Having said that I would still recommend this vendor (VRURC) and these chargers. They are awesome especially when going too and from work, or school, or vacation. ------------- I have bought several of these (5 total previously). I different colors etc.. All given out as gifts. I wanted one for myself so I bought this one in Orange. The previous ones all worked out of the box and are still working. This one however is not working. The battery had about 72% charge when it was opened. I plugged it in to charge it to 100%. Expecting no problems I just unplugged it and didn't think much of it. I then used the battery bank to charge my phone and it worked but was out of power sooner than I expected. I plugged it into the wall and left it over night. Came in the next morning and the bank was still exhausted. When plugged in it starts the display, shows the current charge, and then goes black. It does not charge when plugged in. Thinking it could be a bad plug I tried several plugs in different rooms. Same patter of seeming to start and then going black and not charging. I then tried it with plugging it into a USB-C cable that was powered from a different wall-wart and that does charge the bank. I contacted the seller here thru Amazon messages and my message has gone completely unanswered. Which was unexpected. Having never had a problem I thought we could likely work this out. Now my return window has closed and I still have never heard back. I am torn about recommending these. I did have 5 that worked and still are. This one was bad. But it is also the newest. If they are now having quality control problems then it is hard to recommend this charger.... I still love the speed of the charging, the weight of the charger and the fact that the 3 cords are all built it and a short but workable length. These just get thrown in backpacks and used nearly every day. But if you can't just plug it in at will, nearly anywhere then the true functionality is so massively reduced that to be honest I would return this bad one if I could... Having to have another charger to charge it? kills the value proposition for me totally. Would love to hear from the vendor and get this problem fixed. After a trip to disney and needing to borrow a friend’s portable charger several times I knew I should have one of my own. This one is great. As compact and lightweight as it probably can be. Has 3 different charger types so it works on new and old iPhone and air pods as well as a vape, a portable fan, and so on. This will be nice to have on outings or trips where I’ll be spending more time away from outlets and plugs to recharge. This may not be something I use daily but it will be great for the occasions I need a charger. I like that it can be recharged in an outlet and the charge level is digital and easy to read. This is so convenient that it has the plug included and all the cords! I use it all the time! It's very handy to have 3 types of plugs, both old and new iphone, and samsung. It charges my phone fast up to 80%, but struggles with going past that. I think it's my phone, but wanted to note. It's almost the same size and just a tad heavier than your phone. It's so easy to keep your phone and power bank in your pocket, purse, jacket. It's such a good price for how high quality it is, and so nice that the battery percentage is very visible and big. Let me tell you, I've had this "portable battery pack" for over a year. I bought it as a quiet, backup plan for my own phone—something to live a peaceful, retired life in the bottom of my bag. I assumed it would be like every other charger I’ve owned: start strong, then slowly fade into a limping, sad battery brick within six months. I was wrong. This thing is built different. It’s got a weighty, solid feel that just screams rugged reliability. It takes a beating like a champ—it's been dropped, dragged, and tossed around in the abyss of my everyday bag, and it just shrugs it off. It probably uses that abuse as fuel. I rarely even use it for my own phone, which stays pretty charged. This is the best portable charger i've ever used. i bought 4 of them one for each of my family members. they last SO long and are so easy to charge. i love how you dont need a cord to charger it and you can just plug it into the wall. it also is slim and not to bulky which is nice too. about the same size as my iPhone 15. it never gets hot/over heats and its very simple and easy to read for the battery life. i 100000% recommend this charger. you need it! ... show more

Very handy, but a little fragile. Works as expected, extremely convenient features (i love the built in cords and multiple input charging options). My only complaint is that it was dropped once (knocked off the arm of the couch onto tile) and completely stopped working. This drop accident was clearly my fault, but I feel like this charger was more fragile than normal. The other (similar) chargers I have have withstood multiple drops and are still fine. It's possible that this one simply landed "just right," but this was the first time it had been dropped, so it's a little disappointing. I've used it for 6 months, and before the drop it for work as expected. It charged reasonably fast when plugged directly into the wall (a few hours), and it would have about 20 percent left after charging my Galaxy phone. ... show more

I absolutely loved this charger for awhile it worked perfectly and was so convenient to have all types of adapters and it was sleek. I bought it last June for a trip and didn’t use it much after that until more recently so probably 3 months of more frequent use like once or twice a week. Now it just stopped charging the charger all together when I plug it into the wall to charge it won’t do anything no matter how many plugs I try. Very disappointing. ... show more
