With the size battery, it did take the advertised time to finish charging, which isn't bad considering how big the battery is. For me, I have a few of the littler packs, which might be more convenient, but don't charge my phone fully. I much prefer a bit larger battery pack like this one that can charge my phone multiple times before recharging. This is such a great portable charger. I love that it can just be plugged into the wall to be charged. I love not needing to keep a USB cord with it in order to charge it as well. I love that the cords to charge your phone are attached to the charger. I also love that it has an iPhone charger on one side and USB C on the other. Yes, we are a family of Apple and Android users (please don't hate us), and I love that two devices can be charged at the same time. I love the built-it outlet prongs for easy charging, and the built-in charging cables for the two most common smartphone charging ports is great. Only reason I’m hesitant is that it arrived charged to 17% and has only reached 19% after being plugged directly into an outlet for 23 minutes. At this rate it’s going to take an entire workday to charge, which is pretty absurd. We’ll see. EDIT: nearly four hours into the first charge and it’s only gone from 17% to 41%. I haven't tried to charge from near 0 yet but it charges pretty fast and can do at least 3 phones that weren't below 30.
