I first heard about BONAI products from a relative. He enthusiastically told me about BONAI's aaa rechargeable batteries so, I ordered some and found them to be of excellent quality. I was contacted by BONAI to product test their 30000mAh Portable Charger, which I was happy to do. The battery arrived in excellent condition. It required a 24hr first time charge before use. The unit did not heat up during the charge. The USB ports are well set. There is nothing flimsy about the make of this charger. This is a very sturdy piece of equipment. Note it is a heavy unit, portable but heavy. I went around the house collecting items that needed to be charged. Three cell phones that were at about 10-15%, a 10" tablet that had run out completely and another portable charger that I had used up from a recent trip. There is a charge indicator that lights up on the BONAI unit. It's a series of blue dots that tells you how much power is left on the unit, four being fully charged. Let me tell you, this gadget has capacity! I charged two cell phones to 100% - four dots. Next I hooked up my dead 10" tablet and another cell phone, both charged to 100% - still four dots. Next the portable charger that was dead. Back to 100% - still four dots. As I am typing this I am charging my bluetooth headset - four dots. This thing is heavy duty! If you are out camping this could easily become a necessary item. The unit comes with a built in flashlight that at first appeared to be just adequate, but after dark burns as well a the portable flashlight I carry in my messenger bag. A valuable go to item in emergencies. All in all, this is a well designed and sturdy piece of electronics. I ran this power bank for a year doing independent contracting (much heavy high battery use) riding a motorcycle on the highway a lot, while running money making sites and apps that paid cash for watching videos, rebates, and various phone activities, running literally six smart phones at a time and this power bank would charge multiple phones, rather quickly, that are all playing non stop videos at the same time, for 2 or 3 days and not be dead. You can use the devices while they're charging. It is rather heavy but beyond worth it. It does take 24 hours to charge, I think with one cord, and 12 with 2 cords. It has two ports to plug 2 charging cords in at a time, as indicated in the device instructions. It has 4 USB ports with 2 for apple, and 2 for Android charging, with indication of which ports are which, or your phones will tell you if you are using the wrong charging port. I used this bank really heavy for a good solid year before falling asleep at a public restaurant and dropping in the toilet. I do not remember what happened after the toilet drop but do believe it has no water tolerance or forgiveness like my Motorola s stylus 6 does, but this power bank is top of the line, over the top the best that I've seen. It’s kinda big and bulky but it charges so fast!! I’ve had it for 1.5 years. I charge my phone in the morning real quick and I don’t have to charge it again until the next morning. Takes 24 hrs to charge the charger, but it lasts dayssssss. Best purchase ever

I'm a galaxy s21 Ultra owner so my phone has a two day battery in it and uses up standard backups pretty fast. I gave th 4 stars instead of 5, because 1.) It came with 2x random stubby I bone cables. No idea that they were for? After messing with it I finally figured out they were the charging cables for the battery itself. Go figure. 2.) Charging the battery- well with a high speed samsung charger it took about 5 hours before I gave up waiting to see the second light charge. (I mean this is a big ol battery). The answer? I just happened to have ordered a double USB charger "RAVpower 36 watt quick charge 3.0" (available here on Amazon) a couple of months ago and found out I could use BOTH charging cables at the same time!! The charging speed is A LOT shorter. AND it's safe to use with the battery. I recommend that charger anyways as I charge everything with it! ;) The charger and battery both do NOT get hot by the way. See photo. So, the battery itself is 5 star, using ibone short cables to charge it AND not knowing that there are 2 charging ports, microscopic instructions I minused a star. Nitpicking I know but it was LUCK I had the other charger. Anyhow, Bonai, love the battery and double charging option. Maybe add the charger with it? Not sure about cost... ... show more

I bought this for a usb fan I use at work after paying a small fortune in batteries. for my battery operated one. I work 40 hours a week and only need to charge it once a week. My co-workers are always asking to charge their phones. No problem it handles both at the same time. It charges my phone quickly too! I've been using it for months and it works great! I can't tell you how many customers have asked where to get one. I always tell them to get this brand. I've tried others and after about a week they're fried. It also has a flashlight and 4 usb plugins. The only con is how long it takes to fully charge but when you consider how long a charge lasts it balances out. I would highly recommend this product! I use it all day at work and after months it's still works great! ... show more
