As long as you are not expecting a Bose you should be OK with this. It is pretty loud and the sound is OK. Considering I paid $38 for it, this is great at that price range. Connected to my phone instantly and the battery life seems very good.

This machine is very nice for the price. The volume is great and I didn't give it 5* because I'm waiting to see if the USB messes up as it said in a couple of the reviews.

The little speaker is good for sound and its price but the charging input on mine was a very small DC input and it broke almost immediately. Had to order a new power cord.

Happy so far! This speaker seems to have good volume for it's size/price, which is what I needed for teaching music classes. It's pretty lightweight for the size.

I got this speaker to use in a sxs temporarily, it worked good for a day then it started turning itself off and making static noises. i never turned it up past 25 on the volume. it turned itself off and started smoking so I had to throw it out. wouldnt reccomend, get a JBL or a something.
