i work nights and so i have to sleep during the day. it’s really hard when it’s bright and sunny outside. i bought this and cut to fit my windows. super easy to install and i fold them up when i want light to come thru. they make my room dark as night when i want to sleep.

They are great at blocking out the light! If only they would stay up. I have a big window in my living room and a tiny window… At first I only put the adhesive Velcro on the corners of the window because the material is light. But it all came falling down. So I ended up putting more on and they still fall down. (Even on the tiny window) It’s very frustrating when we are watching a movie with the projector and then all of a sudden the “curtains” fall. I got them pretty cheap so that’s good; but I’m just going to have to get actual black out curtains that won’t fall everyday. ... show more

Need patience to put up. You will need a flat hard surface to measure and cut. The sticky tabs DO NOT work in the sunlight/Texas heat...Installed on sun side window, the next day the shade had fallen off. The sticky tabs were still on the shade, but melted off window. YES I cleaned the window first. Reinstalled and reinforced with duct tape. ... show more

Easy to cut and put up, but the stickers will move or fall off when hot. When the sun is hitting the window, the adhesive did move around or come off the window frame.

I was looking for something to cover these windows in my RV. It had blinds. But you hit them all through the night. The blinds would make noise rattle and what not. The blackout cloth went up nicely. This kit comes with everything you need and does the job perfectly. Many such kits have offending off gases but not this one! I have twice purchased these for difference locations and see no reason to ise a different supplier.
