When I first received this item it came in a flat box which certainly was not intimidating. You think tub -you think a big box. When I first pulled the tub out of the box I immediately felt that it had no discrimination in body types! 😂 I live in a tiny house and have a nice size shower area with a built-in seat. This tub was able to fit in that small space with no problem. So to confirm, it certainly fits in small spaces. Once I open the tub in the small space, it snaps in place various locations on the tub. The snap you can hear to know that it is secured. Once it is fully open you immediately know that it is "big girl or big boy friendly". I'm 200 plus pounds with large hips and I fit in this comfortably with room to spare. 😂 Although my knees would be bent, I still had room to extend and flex my legs a bit. Now getting out of the tub is where my concern was going to be. 🧐🥴🫨😂🤣 When getting in and out of the tub do not depend on holding on to the sides of the tub to rest your strength because you can cause damage to the tub. You want to find areas around were you plan on putting your tub to help you to get in and out -you're not going to be able to hold on to the tub and rest your strength on that. If you are claustrophobic then you going to have to do some mind talking so that you can stay focused and successfully exit out of the tub. 😂 According to the instructions you want to make sure that the tubing that it comes with is connected and how to locate your exits 😂... There are two drains one at the bottom and one on the side. You want to make sure that the drain on the side is facing outward and not on the opposite side of the tub that you can't see. This is going to be very important once you put water in this thing you try to drain it. HOWEVER, the key here is not to fill the tub up completely. If you are a large size man or a woman remember that once you sit down in the tub the water will rise. So, I would say that you need to fill it up right around a little above where your legs meet your torso. If you don't. Once you get in the tub the water will rise and that rising can also cause it to overspill. I can't tell you how important this is because the first time I did it and filled the tub up I had a very difficult time trying to get the water out because the tub is very heavy and the bottom of the tub makes a suction, so that it covers the drain and if you open your water drains to drain the water you may flood your bathroom. So do not feel your tub up if you are a big girl or a big boy! This is very key. And once you're out you can then open your drain- but the key to draining the water is you have to make space and room for the drain. Make sure it is not obstructed in any way so that the water can go down slowly but surely. Other than that the best thing I could have got for my tiny house! It's small enough to find an adequate place to store it. The material is very pliable meaning it can move with your body and is not rigid. It seems to be very durable for its purpose and I'm certainly impressed. 🤗😍 And if you don't like it you can return it because- it's Amazon prime. This soaking tub was very easy to get set up. Nothing to do but click the supports into a locked position. It's nice and roomy to get into but I need a couple of grab bars installed so I can pull myself up to get out of it. I'm not going to use it every day so I'm hoping it will last long enough to make it worthwhile. TBD... BTW - The very small inflatable cushion is a joke. ... show more

This does its job. I’m quite surprised and very grateful as our tiny home doesn’t have a bathtub. Not sure why I didn’t think of getting one sooner, we’ve been here for nearly 3 years now. My only peeve is that the draining can be a pain if you don’t have a big enough space to let the water out. I thought the sides were steady and stiff. I placed the bathtub in the shower for the children and it bulked out so much I couldn’t close the shower door. The tub balloons out with the pressure of the water. The sides does not maintain itself straight up or erect, i repeat it balloons out. It appears to be well made. However, I cannot get it to drain. I have tried several attempts and it either drains all at once and floods the bathroom, or it is still full in the morning after a nighttime bath. It is easy to set up. However, there are no instructions on how to set up the tubing and the pillow that come with it. I have had to pick it up to drain it several times, and the top snaps that secure the lining on the top bars have ripped. ... show more
