I'm a big guy- 5'6", about 385, and I ordered the 4x. It fits perfectly. I love the soft material and fabric, and it's slimming without being uncomfortable. The quality of the material is top notch, and I haven't noticed any piling yet. It also looks great with all of my dress and casual wear, with either khakis or slacks. Too thin. The neck won't hold a clean look, the neck portion bunches and double/triple folds and I can't get that cool turtleneck look with it that I had with my first white turtleneck that I loved so much I wore it out.
