Howdy. This watch is perfect as a person's first smart watch. Don't spend $250 when $25 has as many features. I've used this watch for about 9 months. I'm 60 years young, and it is incredible for the price. My favorite feature is the weather app. Do not bet your life on the medical features. They are interesting and helpful, but not entirely accurate. The watch reliably links with and utilizes the features of the Da Fit phone app (free download) which is required to activate the watch. Depending on how much use, expect to recharge every 1 - 4 days. Recharge cable is USB-A to magnetic connector. The watch must be removed to access the bottom magnetic port. Charging takes a few hours. Enjoy! Much Obliged.

Love the watch & its features. Set up was easy. The only complaint, I bought because of the blood pressure checks. It was showing me with high blood pressure when I never had an issue. Per my Dr. NEVER TRUST A SMART WATCH reading. Always use a cuff for at home readings. I did. & now showing normal again.

After a second heart attack in August, 2022 my BP has fluctuated wildly, sometimes extremely high. Measure with home unit a minimum of three x a day to adjust meds. Now that my life is getting back to more normal needed something to monitor BP when away from home . . . shopping, etc. In the week that I have had this watch have literally taken dozens of readings, comparing immediately before or after with home unit. READINGS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN OFF BY MORE THAN 30 POINTS. Have used both wrists, always resting on chair arm, 90% of time with soft silicone band as this holds sensors more firmly against wrist than metal band. Have also tried holding at heart level and even placing sensors beneath wrist. Have tried everything possible to get accurate readings. Most importantly, wore to cardiologist appt last week - was off by 37 points!! Dr says an acceptable variance in readings would be "+ or -" 5 points!! THIS WATCH CANNOT BE RELIED ON FOR ANYTHING EVEN APPROACHING AN ACCURATE BP READING. Oddly enough, the heart rate and oxygen level readings do seem to be accurate, but this was not my purpose in purchasing the watch. If you don't need the BP function, the watch otherwise seems to be attractive and functioning adequately. IF YOU RELY ON THE BP FUNCTION, YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR HEALTH (AND LIFE) AT GREAT RISK!!

this is absolutley wonderful, I can even make phone calls and answer and answer calls from it. it also tracks my BP, Sleep schedule, and even knows how much i weigh without stepping on a scale. This also let's me know I'm alive by tracking my heart beat per minute. I LOVE IT and would buy this item again for myself or a gift to others!!!

I like the watch and with the metal band not the plastic one. Doesn't do blood pressure worth a dang but it does track heart rate well which is why I bought the watch. Heart rate hits 145 every day and this watch does a fair job of tracking that. I still have AFIB but the charging magnets have weakened to the point that it isn't charging very well. Hard to get a connection anymore. Getting a new watch and probably not this one. I do like the clock face options and it is better than the others I've tried. Update 9/30 Battery life is great actually. I tend to keep it on heart ❤ view which will keep the face dial lit up longer. Haven't tried the option to create my own clock face design but it might be fun. And what a great feature to have. Rating by options Time 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heart rate 93% ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blood pressure 0.0 % ___ Haven't seen it work yet. I know it's the whole wellness thing but maybe just pull out the feature. Better then my apple 9 watch the only thing it doesn’t have on it is the GPS has all kinds of other things blood pressure, but oxygen steps calories a bunch of different faces for free. It’s great watch. I don’t have to charge it but every three days I would highly recommend it for the price.
