This product was excellent for the beginners like me . It was easy to operate and understand it. The most that was on it was there is a engineer name CHRIS ZHONG to help you out if you have questions on it or a technical issue. You can find them to their fb page Poolin user group. They were helpful and giving you videos how to operate this machine. I even asked how to oil it because i need to take care of it and not breaking down my 800 dollars machine. So yeah he show me a video of it . It was nice to have somebody out there to help you out and yes their service was free, what can you ask for . Needle broke the 2nd time using. Also it won’t let me upload designs and it’s constantly telling me I need to rethread my needle but if I hold my thread when it comes off the spool so it doesn’t have a lot of slack it doesn’t tell I need to rethread needle. I probably will be returning unless I can get my designs uploaded onto machine! Other than all of them problems it’s a great machine and simple to use! ... show more

I love love love this machine and the customer service that it comes with, anything that happens I can contact customer service and they will walk me through it. I love the way it runs so smoothly as while, would definitely recommend this machine

this machine is so difficult. the bobbins specifically. I wish I could return it but I spent the return window trying to perfect it. I don't know if it's the design or lack of instruction but the spindle is always stuck, jamming the bobbins and breaking needles.

Chris Zhong and Jacknorth Jiang were very helpful to assist me when I received my embroidery machine. The pressure foot sensor wasn’t in the correct spot and with me being a very visual learner, they sent me videos personal to my problem and specific instructions on how to fix It! i’m so thankful they are here at any time on Facebook for me to get ahold of and go above and beyond to answer all of my questions! ... show more
