I was skeptical of these but for the price I thought I would try them. Took the cover off in May and the water was crystal clear. You have to spring for a good solid cover tho. Those cheap one let water and dirt seep through.

They are as the description says open throw into pool. Bam that’s it cover your pool. Wait and see when spring comes. I just closed my pool. Less than a month ago here in western ma. I won’t know what the water will look like when spring comes I will take pics and post here so we all will know, if this product is good. Hopefully it is. I took a chance on it keeping my 24x48 above ground teddybear pool “””” Update. The pool looks like the dark hole. Water is beyond green. I’m pissed off , annoyed. I do not know why I trusted.     • Not for cold climate zones
This product may work in warmer climate with minimal pool shutdown times but in the Midwest climate zone with virtually 3-4 months of cold, it's horrible. I used 4 in my pool and spent more money cleaning algae at opening then in 12 yrs. Guess you get what you pay for cheap product, cheap results
